Building is a bit old and left behind in terms of maintenance , but apartment is super new .

Best location in walking distance from main attractions. Overall a wonderful experience.

Location

Apartment smelled of cigarettes which was offensive. We were not informed that the apartment was up 5 flights of stairs or that there was an elevator. Hallway/staircase lights only worked on 1st and 5th floor. The building was in disrepair - broken windows etc. No clear instruction as to where to dispose of trash.

Problems with heating, hot water, electricity, elevator. One bathroom didn't lock, the other didn't have light, the third one had the flush broken.

On the whole a fantastic apartment and location perfect for a big group or family.

The communication with the host by WhatsApp was excellent. Always available.

The shower head in one bathroom needs replacing. The electric tripped and had to be reset at the entrance to the building 5/6 floors down. Occasionally the lift wouldn’t work.

Best to pay by cash as every time I tried to pay for the appt the payment was going through cosco in boston usa so my bank took it as a scam and kept on cacelling the transaction not sure why this was happening . So cash is best and we had no problem with that

Our group really enjoyed the stay at this apartment. It is even better than it looks on the picture. It is clean, well equipped and nicely kept in shape.

Excellent getaway for group of friends in beautiful Belgrade!

The location was amazing. It's a very typical Belgrade building. The apartment was amazing, warm, super clean, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Internet was high speed and it offers a nice little balcony as well! Again the location was really great as we were in walking distance from every attraction of Belgrade. Vera and her husband were amazing hosts and always available when needed! The communication was great! I would definitely return to that place with my friends! Excellent choice and really great price!! Thank you!!

Everything. Amazing value for money, the location is perfect and the apartment was immaculately clean. Ideal for large groups. Highly recommend and if we return to Belgrade we will hopefully be staying here again.

Nothing of any relevance to us. Everything was of the highest standard. No negatives four our group of 8 whatsoever. The apartment is on the 6th floor so for some walking up the stairs may be an issue but not for us and there is a lift you can use.
