Overall, my stay was pleasant. The host should have been more helpful.

I liked the location, the beds, the cleanliness, the parking, the hot water, and the safety.

Even though I had stated that 4 people would be staying at the accommodation (2 adults and 2 children), I had to prepare the bed myself (the sofa bed) and make it up on my own, which I don’t know how to do (I didn’t know how the sofa opens). The internet router was not working, and I had to fix that myself as well. At first, the host lied and said it was a general problem in the building, and the next day he told me a specific time when I had to be at the apartment so that a technician could come to fix it. I refused this because it would have disrupted my excursion schedule. The provisions of the accommodation for coffee or beverages were very poor (there were only 4 coffee sachets for 4 people for 4 days).

Highly recommended

Amazing new modern apartment,fully furnished and very clean. I liked that the apartment was on the ground floor facing the kids playground! We did not booked that one but in the end we were happy to get this ground floor unit. Location of the building also amazing,just across the street from Galeria Shopping Mall.

I had very bad communication with the staff (not the one on the reception) but when booking. They were redirecting me to another colleague but that colleague was not responsive at all. But in the end we managed.I recommend that the owner must give better instructions for garage as they just provide you garage number and you can not enter until you take the card from the reception and that is not mentioned anywhere i n the instructions.Also from garage very poor signage to enter in the right building - garage is for few buildings.

Good choice for short stays

We stayed for only one night, the apartment is easy to find, clean an spacious. The comunication with host was great, we got all info we needed in time. Was a good value for the money.

The apartment is great, but they should work on their communication process

The location is great and the apartment is spacious. It has everything you need, so it’s comfortable even for longer stays.

You don’t get the instructions via the initial message. It just says contact these two phone numbers to validate your booking. When I contacted them, they ignored me for two days and after I was obliviously pissed, they gave me the third number and said: we’re not in charge of this apartment. Finally, Jelena contacted me and once she did - she was quite helpful and sent me the entrance details. If I didn’t pay in advance, I’d have definitely cancelled the booking due to lack of communication. They seemed scammy even though they are not.

We like the stay for 1 night and will visit again

VEry modern and clean. Quiet and with free parking in the building. The host was very responsive. There were places to eat drink and grocery nearby. It is located near the river in the new fancy neighborhood.

It is not suitable for long stay. There are very small set of crockery and household utensils. There is need for navigating sights in the parking because is hard and confusing to find the elevator. There is not enough bedding accessories

1. Keys didn’t have Tag for main door opening, So after 9:0 pm you have to speak to security to enter In the building 2. There Is only one key So you Have always think about key and how to share key with others. 3. Smelling In Appartment Is terrible , ventilaton In toilet Is not working and wc smelling Is disgusting

Save yourself from this experience

Terrible smell from the toilet! The sewage for the whole building is broken. The TV doesn't have channels. The password for the WiFi wasn't written anywhere. We even found a cockroach inside the bedroom. Also the host doesn't accept nothing except Serbian dinars - even payment through credit/debit card. No one warned us about this and we had to search for a place to switch from Euro to Dinars, took us about an hour.

Ιδανική επιλογή για διαμονή με παιδιά.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο νέο Βελιγράδι στη περιοχή BW, σε ένα συγκρότημα πολυτελών κατοικιών. Έχει δικό του parking, το οποίο είναι προσβάσιμο από την πίσω πλευρά του δρόμου. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 11ο όροφο, είναι αρκετά ευρύχωρο, με air condition σε κάθε δωμάτιο. Η περιοχή είναι εκπληκτική και ασφαλής. Στο ισόγειο του κτηρίου υπάρχει super market, φούρνος και πολλά καταστήματά με αρκετές επιλογές για φαγητό σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση. Ο ποταμός Σαβος βρίσκεται σε απόσπαση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια και το εμπορικό Galerija Mall 10 λεπτά. Τη περίοδο των Χριστουγέννων λειτουργεί στην περιοχή το χριστουγεννιάτικο πάρκο Winter Fairy Tale, το οποίο βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 3 λεπτών από το κατάλυμα. Ιδανική επιλογή για διαμονή με παιδιά.

Ότι πληροφορίες χρειαστούν σχετικά με το διαμέρισμα, στη ρεσεψιόν σε παραπέμπουν στον ιδιοκτήτη του διαμερίσματος (η επικοινωνία μαζί του μπορεί να γίνει μόνο μέσω WhatsApp).

Apartman je odličan i potpuno ispunjava sve što gost očekuje — šteta što je osoblje pokvarilo utisak.

Na dan rezervacije i pred polazak na put. Osoblje me je kontaktiralo i zahtevalo da pošaljem slike lične karte preko WhatsApp-a uz uslovljavanje da ukoliko to ne zelim moju rezervaciju ce otkazati, što je protivzakonito, neprofesionalno i krajnje neprijatno.

Апартамента е голям, близо до заведения. Има паркинг. Асансьорите са бързи.

Не знам защо са инвестирали толкова пари в сгради BW ,а няма една мрежа за комари на прозорците. Вместо да си починем и да се радваме на екскурзията, ние бяхме заети да убиваме комари. Нямаше работещи канали на нашия ТВ. Не получихме карта за паркинга и 4 дни влизахме в паркинга като се свържем с охраната. Кошовете за боклук никой не мина да ги смени толкова дни. Дадохме заявка че ще пристигнем между 15.00 и 16.00 ч местно време и ни беше одобрена заявката. Като пристигнахме ни казаха че трябва да чакаме защото НЕ Е готово! А пише че настаняването е след 15.00. По тази логика и ние можеше да си тръгнем в 12.00, но си тръгнахме в 11.00 ч, защото сме коректни. Разочаровани сме. Сградата е хубаво, но управлението е лошо.

Mieszkanie na nowoczesnym osiedlu, 15 minut od ścisłego centrum. Dostępny był parking w garażu podziemnym. Super że sypialnia miała osobną klimatyzację.

Mieliśmy my problem ze znalezieniem informacji skąd wziąć klucze. Okazało się że wystarczyło pójść na recepcję. Obok bloku ciągle rozbudowuje się osiedle, więc za dnia mogą wystąpić drobne niedogodności z hałasem.

Locația este amplasată într-un cartier nou. Am stat la etajul 15/17. S-a comunicat foarte bine cu gazdele pentru preluarea cheilor, indicații pentru parcare. Se pune la dispoziție loc de parcare subteran. Totul foarte safe. un oraș schimbat în bine față de acum 10 ani. Când o să mai ajung în Belgrad sigur această cazare va fi prima opțiune.

Destul de bine!

Localizarea într-un cartier nou, aproape de un centru comercial, loc de parcare gratuit in garaj subteran securizat, apartament utilat cam cu tot ce ar fi nevoie pentru un sejur reușit, indicații clare privind accesul in parcare și identificarea apartamentului.

Deși rezervarea era pentru 3 adulți, deci aveam nevoie și de canapeaua din living pentru dormit, aceasta nu era pregătită și a trebuit să scotocim prin toate dulapurile pentru a găsi lenjerie disponibilă; pernele foarte tari și supradimensionate; sistemul de climatizare a fost cam greu de înțeles, am oprit AC înainte de culcare, iar dimineață nu l-am mai putut accesa cu niciun chip. Nu ne-am mai bătut capul să sunăm recepția, am preferat să strângem bagajele și să plecăm repejor. Masa din bucătărie era murdară, cu urme de veselă și firimituri de la cei care au ocupat apartamentul înaintea noastră.
