Disapointing host in Belgrade.

We actualy haven’t been in the property because host cancels our rerevation the night before it. It is absolutly unexeptable behaviour and it makes our life very hard, because this is a part of a trip.

Nice apartment, great facilities, good location, and amazing view! The host was very kind and helpful (we had a delay due to a canceled flight and she managed a late check-in with no hesitation)!

The best place to stay in Belgrade

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean with fantastic view. Fully equipped. I've spent 10 days there on my few weeks trip- it was great to have the opportunity to do my laundry, good wi-fi to do some work. The best location- everything is on walking distance. Beautiful walks, shopping center, great restaurants, hair dresser...all you need.

It was a pleasant stay

The apartment meets all the criteria of comfort and cleanliness. There is a parking spot in the building.

It should be specified more clearly that you need money in local currency. I just found an ATM but the receptionist didn't change, telling me to call the owner for the rest.

terrible and absolutely not worth the time and money

furniture and view were good

it is very difficult to find the place, the building is large and it is not clear where reception is, especially if you are arriving during the dark part of the day or at night, it took almost one hour to get to the room…, reception has sent me twice to the wrong parking lot, the building is in the middle of a large construction site and the construction noise starts at 8 in the morning, the landlords asked for cash payment but did jot issue any document

Very nice, but could be amazing with a little more effort!

The place is clean and nice, quiet and has a lot of cool amenities, most of all the gym and the swimming pool.

It is way too confusing to park the car, you need to go to the reception and pay the apartment first, and they accept cash only. No coffee/tee in the flat, no extra attention for such a high price:(

דירה נעימה ונוחה, וכמה שדרוגים קטנים בתחזוקה ובציוד יהפכו אותה למושלמת לשהייה זוגית או משפחתית

דירה מקסימה בשכונת Waterfront החדשה שעל הנהר - מיקום מושלם! שפע מסעדות, סופרמרקט, ספר וספא ממש מתחת לבית, ובמרחק של כ-5 דקות הליכה קניון גדול. הדירה קרובה יחסית למרכז העיר ונהנית מנוף פתוח לנהר. הבניין מתוחזק היטב וכולל שומר, חניה פרטית ובריכה מקורה מצוינת (אם כי לא השתמשנו בה). מבחינת מספר חדרים וריהוט – הדירה מושלמת לזוג, נוחה מאוד ונעימה למגורים.

אפשר לשפר מעט את רמת הניקיון והתחזוקה של הדירה - בסך הכול המקום נקי וסביר, אך כדאי להקפיד על ניקוי יסודי יותר בתוך ארונות המטבח והמקרר. כדאי גם להוסיף אביזרים נלווים בסיסיים, כמו מרכך לשיער וקפסולות קפה (נשארו רק שתיים מהאורחים הקודמים, וזה כמובן לא הספיק). בנוסף, חסר מאוד מקום אחסון לבגדים: היה רק ארון תלייה - ללא קולבים וללא מדפים, כך שנאלצנו להשאיר את הבגדים במזוודה לאורך כל השהייה.

L’emplacement et les services proposés par la copropriété de l’immeuble.

L’appartement est très sale. Dans le congélateur du réfrigérateur, on pourrait presque faire du patin à glace, et il est impossible de l’ouvrir. Il y avait des toiles d’araignées partout. Le sol de la douche était gluant, sans parler de la poussière et d’un rideau presque tombé par terre. Seuls des enfants peuvent dormir dans le canapé-lit, totalement déformé. Les informations fournies par l’hôte étaient incomplètes et insuffisantes pour passer un bon séjour. J’attends toujours des compléments d’informations de la part du propriétaire et de Booking.

Información falsa del anuncio, indica que tiene acceso a la piscina y no es así, no se dice en ningún sitio, en estancias cortas. Deberían quitar del anuncio esta opción o explicitarlo en más condiciones. Después de intentar contactar con el responsable, durante la tarde y mañana siguiente, nos ofreció de forma "excepcional" poder entrar con él a la tarde, pero ya no podíamos.

Wir werden her nicht wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung ist in einem neu gebauten Gebäude in einem Viertel am Fluss, wo es viele Baustellen gibt.

Preis muss bar bezahlt werden, was bei der Buchung nicht klar war. Somit gibt es ein Problem, wenn man die Summe nicht ganz genau hat (Geld wechseln etc.) Rezeption im Gebäude, mit der man kommunizieren muss konnte absolut kein Englisch. Es war schwierig und langwierig, in die Garage zu kommen und auch da wieder rauszukommen. Einrichtung der Wohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig: Brandlöcher in der Couch, keine Bettwäsche für die Schlafcouch vorhanden. Alles in allem kein Luxus. Ich rate von der Wohnung ab.

Appartement grand et confortable, plaque d’induction, emplacement pour proximité de sation bus, supermarché et restaurants, vu sur la rivière Sava, piscine, salle de gym.

Manque quelques tasses, ustensiles de cuisine.

Sve je bilo bolje od samoga apartmana.

Ja sam u BW svaka dva tjedna znam sve zgrade i Residence ima jako dobru lokaciju. To je jedino.

Apartman se nalazi u jednoj od najboljih objekata na BW, a sam apartman ne prati kvalitetu Residenta. Nije realno da nije spojen televizor u spavacoj sobi. Nije normalno da se ne izdaje racun. Jastuci strašno prljavi, posteljina nedovoljna. Aparat za kavu bez kapsula za kavu. Terasa nije pometena dva mjeseca. U kupaoni treba nasipati vode u sifone da ne smrdi od odvoda. Jednostavno, nitko se ne bavi ovim apartmanom kako bi trebao.
