Fine, but not satisfying

Really nice terrace and view, convinient check-in. Spacious bathroom. Iron and washing machine are available and quite good.

There are ongoing contruction works nearby and very loud music from the restraurant outside during the night (till 2 AM). The apartment is not standalone, it is a part of a big area, which is split into your aprtment and company office. In other words, to get into your apartment, you need to get into the office and only then into your room. That means possibility of other people presense in the ofiice area during the day. Shower is quite dirty and using it results in water everywhere on the floor. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, but slippers looked like already used. Also, there are not enough places to put your things in the room. Big things are supposed to be stored in the wardrobe, but there are no tables or smth with free space to put your laptop, cell phone and so on - we had to put lamps on the floor in order to get some. And very small pillows and blankets.

Check-in and check-out are done via an app, which is very nice. The apartments are comfortable: the bed is nice, the bathroom is spacious and has a tub and a shower. The view from balcony is great (minus the construction). The balcony itself is spacious and comfy too. The location is great: the building is in the center of a modern part of Belgrade: it has a nice waterfront, green alleys and cafes. Around 20 minute walk to to the north there is a district with a park and a ton of nice restaurants and cafes.

Currently there are a lot of constructions in the district, one in front of the apartment's balcony. Fortunately for us, it wasn't active at the moment of our stay so we weren't bothered in any way. There were small stains on the walls that could use some cleanup, but nothing serious

I would stay again at the property).

The staff were professional, respectful and were able to accomodate a request to stow luggage upon early arrival before checkin. The property was very clean with attention to small cleaning details like fixtures and fittings aswell as high contact surfaces. However it was disliked by the fact of the strong smelling fragrance in the bed linen and towels, personally one believes it would be better to choose fragrance free washing products particularly in regards to hospitality properties as personal preferences differ and or change from person to person. I would stay again at the property).

Great aparts, everything is brand new and fully matches to the photo (which is so rare). Lovely hosts and staff - attentive and hospitable. Good area - next to the center of Belgrade with all the necessary infrastructure, beautiful views of the Sava and so on. Also -very clever thing - an app where you can find all the info about the aparts, open apart via it and chat with the staff

Pure hedonism and Belgrade-style hospitality at its best!

The hosts are absolutely perfect! They were flexible with my check-in telling me that since the room was vacant and that I could take the room earlier than scheduled. Generous! The best coffee and tea waiting for you in the room and plenty of it. Generous, too.

It is a pity one cannot use the beautiful terrace if it rains.. but it has nothing to do with this property - the whole concept is of an open space and wonderful view of the river.

The apartment was really beautiful, clean, with an extraordinary view! Helpful and really nice hosts, who assist you with anything that you need. You can really experience Belgrade to the core, with a walking distance to everything and additionally enjoying the top-notch terace view. And after busy days, you can relax at the pool or excercise in the gym that is on the ground floor. Highly recomemending it! 😊

Fin utsikt over elva, koslig nytt område med en god del bygging. Lett innsjekk og utsjekk på app. God seng. Fine resturanter i området. 20 min til sentrum å gå. Litt oppoverbakke.
