Location was great. Galeria Mall is just 10 minutes away, with lots of shops and restaurants. Very new and energetic part of the city. Clean and comfortable room (we stayed in 112). The air conditioner works well. The car park is good and quite big, and seems safe, worth paying 10 EUR extra. Despite my BMW's front emblem being missing the next morning, it has nothing to do with the car or its owner. It can happen anywhere, a young guy may take it as a souvenir :-) The value (after the gateway and genius discount) was good for the money I paid for 4 people of a family. I may come again.

If you came by car, it is tricky to get the key. The booking and Gmail show the address as "Bulevar Vudroa Vilsona 8," but actually the apartment number is 6. You simply need to come to "Bulevar Vudroa Vilsona 8," and collect the key there. The name of the building, Aria, also confused me, as Aria was not mentioned in the hotel name on Booking. Last but not least, if you are coming from Germany like me, you may think it is impossible to park your car shortly (you can not dream about it as it is strictly forbidden, even to slow down) on the boulevard to get the key, but that seems OK in the hotel neighborhood, no worry :-) You have to pay in exact cash when you lease, so no credit cards. Since it is not common in booking, I did not pay attention before, my mistake, so make sure you have exact cash. I did not like that part.

No balcony

Location was perfect! Bad sheets were very clean.

Apartments smells like a smoking apartment and it was a disaster. It was very dirty, the glass on a table was never removed to be cleaned. Also, dust was visible everywhere. Kitchen cabinets were in very bad shape and one of the doors was even broken. Walls are very dirty as well. Smell in a toilet is very bad. Also, when you do you booking, be very careful, since you do not know which apartment you will get. Few apartments are listed.
