Great location with access to the river, new mall and the city centre, easy access to a very clean and serviced property. it's not very difficult to check in using the hosts instructions, this I would recommend using unless you speak Serbian as the other alternative maybe not as inviting.
The check in desk is manned during the day... these folk are not very helpful and to busy on their phones so i would suggest using the host as a point of contact.

Location was perfect!
Bad sheets were very clean.
Apartments smells like a smoking apartment and it was a disaster.
It was very dirty, the glass on a table was never removed to be cleaned. Also, dust was visible everywhere.
Kitchen cabinets were in very bad shape and one of the doors was even broken.
Walls are very dirty as well.
Smell in a toilet is very bad.
Also, when you do you booking, be very careful, since you do not know which apartment you will get. Few apartments are listed.
