Great, quietly oriented, clean and huge apartment.🍀👌🏻

The apartment is as described in the pictures. Everything is clean and there is a lot of stuff in the kitchen if someone wants to buy food while stying in. The kitchen is brand new with all possible disches, coffee maschine with capsules, big fridge etc. the apartment is on the 2nd floor and to be honest i was expecting a lot of noise from surrounding and the kids playground outside but the windows are really good at noise cancellation. There are two ac's and the apartment is really cool inside the 3 days we were stying there were really hot outside but the apartment had a nice temperature without ac on. It is in center from Belgrade Waterfront, in the building next to the entrance is a really delicious bakery and a italian gelato which is also realy really delicious. The apartment owner is good,answers texts right away and the infos we get were really simple and quick. We were comming from Germany and we had a amazing stay. Definitely booking next time.

The property had four towels which was for two of us already on the second day dirty but we dryed them quickly and everything in the end was fine.the toilet paper and dusch gel and soap was enough and the bed was clean. For someone who is comming for more days yes there is a wasching maschine. In general we would love to have at least two or three towels more. Definitely everything was good. This is a small personal thing for us that we needed more. Because we were traveling with small suitcases we didnt have a lot of towels.

Exceptional Stay at Arcadia 22 – Outstanding Hospitality

We stayed at Arcadia 22 in the Belgrade Waterfront area, and our experience was outstanding! The apartment is modern, spacious, and fully equipped, offering all the comfort you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Belgrade, with a stunning view and close proximity to all major attractions. A special highlight was the host, Slobodan, whose hospitality went above and beyond. He was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to stay in the apartment past the check-out time, as our transportation was scheduled for 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more relaxing and stress-free. We highly recommend Arcadia 22 to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation in Belgrade. Huge thanks to Slobodan for everything; we’ll definitely be back!

Quiet and cosy apartment in probably one of the best neighborhoods of Belgrade

We loved the apartment in total. What we liked most: 1) The apartment is located in the newest neighborhood of Belgrade. In just a 5min walk, you walk by the Sava river, where there are numerous places to eat and drink. A large shopping mall is close as well. The city center is about 20-25min on foot. There is a bus stop 2min outside the building, with direct buses to the Stark Arena, Ada Ciganlija, and other places. 2) Free parking in an excellent underground parking place. Whoever comes with his own car, can feel quite safe for his car. 3) Quiet apartment and comfortable bed. The sofa in the living room transforms into a comfortable double bed. 4) The apartment is full of electrical appliances. It is great that the host provides coffee pods for the coffee machine as well. 5) Although we never met the host, we had great communication before and during our stay via WhatsApp. The host answered all of our questions without any delay!

There were a couple of things that could be improved, thus we cannot put a 10-star review: 1) There were issues with the apartment's cleaning. We found some old food in the kitchen and noticeable hair and speck of dirt on the floors. 2) Although we asked beforehand for early check-in, which the host approved, we found out that the apartment wasn't ready, The woman in the reception did not know anything about our stay, she had to call the host in order to get informed, so we had to wait for a couple of hours.

Überall versteckte kosten ich war das 8 mal in berlgrad Waterfront aber noch nie bis jetzt wurde der private parkplatzt mit 10€ am tag berechnet schade. Obwohl in denn Kommentaren jemand gefragt hat ob es kostenpflichtig ist und der gastgeber nein geschrieben hat aber laut des Gastgebers war das ein kom aus dem jahr 2022.
