公寓很干净 小区内部环境好；外部都是建筑工地
洗衣机有问题，工地早上7点开始施工，没有景色可言且吵～

Mi-a placut absolut totul. Aproape de centru, curatenie, cartier select (de lux), Parcarea este gratuita la parterul blocului (daca se gaseste loc liber .. eu de exemplu am gasit... sau in parcarea subterana cu 10 eur/zi. Oricând voi reveni in Belgrad aici voi sta. Categoric este best deal.
Nu am nimic de reproșat.

Kaldığımız ev çok güzeldi. Tertemiz ve tüm olanaklara sahipti. Birdaha Belgrad’a gelsem hiç tereddütsüz kalırım. Waterfront bölgesi eski Belgrad’a göre çok iyi ve daha lüx ve konforlu bölge evimizde aynen fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Rahat ve temiz konaklama için tavsiyedir

Apartament confortable per 4-5 persones, nou, en una zona plena d'edificis moderns i en construcció, una mica lluny del centre a peu, però amb transport públic gratuït. Amb aire condicionat/calefacció a cada estança, dos banys nous, rentadora...
Al davant fan obres i treballen des de ben aviat al matí. A l'apartament hi mancaven alguns detalls com sabó de dutxa, de rentadora, de rentavaixelles... però segur que l'anfitrió ho tindrà en compte perquè és un noi molt atent i amable, que va ser flexible amb l'hora d'entrada i sortida.
