Very kind and professional staff at the reception, clean premises, central location, good apartment overall.

The sofa bed isn't the most comfortable out there, it's very hard and suitable only for small kids for a few nights only.

Really great location. The apartment was really spacious; rooms are quite big and comfortable with a nice large living room and dining table. It also had a nice balcony. There is a private parking, but they charge extra for it (which is not mentioned in the add). The check-in process is not so straight forward but i rang the bell and they assisted me. The reception personnel were really great and helpful.

Excellent!

Location is great! Ladies at receptions were very helpful (Isidora especially) . Garage is spacious, below hotel, car is the safe spot. Apartments are big, nicely equiped. Beds are great!!!

Okay for one night with a family

Big and spacious apartement with several rooms, ideal for a family, central location (but you walk uphill to the center)

The Hotel got an own garage and parking space outdoors, but only few of the parking lots are fit for cars, that are not tiny. If they assign you one of those smaller parking lots, parking turns into a nightmare (talking about a regular Dacia, not a RAM). Appartement is overall clean but run down, would need a brush up

Spacious and good location, you'll need to pay for parking and gym

Close to the center (Hotel Moscow, Terazije, Knez Mihajlova). The front desk girls were very responsive and helpful. Nice views from the balcony. The apartment was spacious.

We drove and found it a bit challenging to check in as the street doesn't have much parking space. We had to temporarily leave the car in front of a door to the underground garage. The underground garage was difficult to get into and out of (quite narrow entryway). There is one on the ground level so if possible ask for that one. Had to pay for the gym and parking. The place wasn't cheap as is so would have been to have some of these amenities included for free. The appearance of the street around this apartment building was a bit rundown. There is no separate bedroom here. There is a den where I slept and my son was on the sofa in the living room. This is not necessarily an issue but just something to be aware of if privacy is needed. The TV remote didn't work. The toilet/bathroom had a bit of a smell. Not sure if there's anything wrong with the pipes. It wasn't horrible but other places we stayed at on our trip didn't have this issue.

I understand not their fault

This is the second time I have stayed here , this time around the room was bigger and had a sofa I loved the property but on Saturday there was a festival across the road and the music was blasting making impossible to watch tv or talk , we had to leave the room from 2 pm till 9 pm until the music stopped.

The apartment itself was awesome. It greatly exceeded my expectations. The two young ladies from recepton, Teodora and Natalija, were so helpful - I must have asked them for information/help like 10+ times in the 2 days I stayed and they were nothing but helpful and hospitable. Highly recommend a stay here.

The worst place I ever stayed

Nothing! Belgrade is a very cheap city and there are far better and more honest places than this. There's absolutely nothing to like in this dump

First of all, the vast majority of their reviews are fraud. Do not trust any of their reviews, as they get their mates to make fake bookings to acquire the reviews. How do I know? One of the staff told us, as we were puzzled with the discrepancy between reviews and the actual place. It is disgusting and dirty: We booked the studio and it was absolutely disgusting, from dust on the furniture, dirty dishes (glasses had never been washed with soap, dirty sheets and towels that were old, stained and hard as a file. The bed is not double, it is a queen bed and the pillows stink. We slept without pillows during our entire stay (more to follow). The lies: they have very few rooms in the main building, most likely you will stay in a building full of criminals. The hotel has the main building and "flats" in other buildings, where there's NO LIFT, NO HOT WATER and I am pretty sure there's a brothel on the top floor. This building is filthy dirty and very unsafe. There were parties on the top floor all night and people screaming in the corridor. When we notified the reception about the all night party (that is located in a different building) they said "it is not our problem". The worst part was that next morning there were seringues in the corridor/stairs. The shower: forget showers, the hot water lasts for about 3 min (yes, I timed it) and the shower drained was blocked and it would overflow in less than 5 min. I could not have a decent shower or wash my hair for the entire length of this horrific stay. When we notified the receptionist she said it was too much work to send someone to check and she would see what she could do. Obviously, NOTHING was done. The staff are brainless and arrogant: Imagine you are dealing with uneducated and rude people, now multiply by a million, now you get close to the staff in this "hotel". They should definitely remove English from the language they speak because they simply don't.

Conveinient and large space with warm reception

The receptionist was great. The space was very good in size. The beds had nice pillows and good duvets. The washing machine was nice to have.

The single shower is very small and makes it difficult not to wet floor of bathroom. The couch was as hard as a brick.

It’s the worst experience in our journey. Wrong choice.

Nothing! It’s an awful thing experience. No Lift. Have to climb 5 floors. Only one ‘small’ toilet to be shared by all guests in the 03 bedroom. Never choose this apartment again.

Superb clean room, family recommendation, and very good location.

The room was very very clean. We love the host, very helpful and friendly. We were having short stay in Belgrade. We like the location since it was near to the famous Moskva Hotel (the landmark of Belgrade), famous Kneza Mihaila, and Republic Square. It is also quite near to airport shuttle bus A1, approx. 800- 900 meters. We also find minimarket and various halal food near by.

We’ve been traveling so many places in the world and I may say the wifi connection is really bad. The signal was very low even though we stay in the first floor. I do my job using the wifi but hard for me to send an email. I think the access point limited only for 1 device. It was only connected with my laptop but not for my mobile phone. Also, almost € 150 per night for 2BR was a little bit pricey for us

Location Size Receptionists AC in every room “to beat the heat of Belgrade” I booked the apartment for my family but I included only me and my wife, when I checked in i was asked to pay 90 euros for the kids but next day the manager thankfully waived the extra charge for me.

The apartment was amazing, big, clean and with plenty of amenities. The kitchen was very equipped, beds very comfy. The most amazing thing was the location. We were very close at the city center. The apartment has close parking space in very reasonable price and the girls at reception was extremely helpful! We definitely will stay there again and we recommend it!

Hello all. Appartments are good, clean and are situated in the center. They have their own parking. Parking is very small and it is pretty difficult to park by big car. But it is much better to me evacuated by another service 😀. Parking costs 10€. But the staff can suggest to cancel the booking, pay cash and free parking. Up to u, what I can say. The bed is very comfortable. it is very valuable for me. Good speed of internet.

As for me, the red price of them 50€ ( it’s like u had apartment renovations 10-15 years ago and u don’t want to refresh it , just buy some new furniture to refresh first view )plus free parking, because I was here not in the season. I paid 72€ . Also they didn’t put any water .

Perfect and really nice staff!

Flat are big and full of comfort! Staff of receptionist is really great, Kristina was so kind to satisfy all our requests from invoice to parking (10€) and advice! Close to the center and City view in some room! we were in group and we booked 5 rooms all amazing
