Exceptional stay with wonderful staff.

Veneti is in an amazing central location, making it easy to explore Belgrade. The apartments are very clean and cozy, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place without hesitation.

Excellent choice for stay in Belgrade

The hotel overall is perfect for any travelers. Personnel is very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Luca for his professionalism and great attitude. The location of hotel is perfect - very close to the city center and at the same time in a quiet street. The room is super clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. Generally they pay attention to every detail to make the stay comfortable.

Amazing place with amazing staff

We stayed here for 5 nights and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Very good location, 10 min walk from the beach, 30 sekunds walk to a big market store. The staff was truly wonderful- always friendly, attentive and ready to answer all our questions. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Big thank you to the young lady working in the reception who made it possible for us to check in a little earlier and gave us a bottle of wine when we were leaving🥰

Failed to meet expectations.

The location was good.

Things were not as advertised and generally the offerings were poor or nonexistent such as there was no breakfast, no iron in the room, and several other issues. Even worse they made me double pay for both the city tax and the airport pickup. Also, they don't do wake up calls I guess, the staff looked at me like I was insane when I asked for a 7.30 wake up call. Even worse I stayed for two weeks and they do not have a laundry service?!? They directed me to a dry cleaners that was a 10 minute walk away and when I got there with my laundry the water had gone out so I had to hand wash in my bathroom at the hotel. At the end of the day it felt like a hostel more than a hotel. I won't stay with them again.

clean, were checked in few hours earlier then official check in time. fridge with minibar. good location

Wi-Fi didn't work during the whole 3 days stay. We live in 2023 and it is absolutely not acceptable for the hotel not to have internet. I asked what we can do with it, and I got negative response. nobody cares that the hotel can not provide an internet connection.

Really comfortable and very clean. Location was excellent -walking distance to everything. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Spacious and warm.

Since I booked in booking.com and I read that they have a parking spot and breakfast where included. I was expecting to have a parking spot and breakfast but nothing happened there. Must be a trick or something. Eventually I paid 18€ for a parking in private parking Spot. Later the employee told me that I read something wrong. Anyways. .
