Nice and comfortable

Check in and communication with the host was easy. The location was great for us. The apartment is nice and modern.

The elevator is a bit tricky to use. Make sure to push the buttons longer than you would normally. The apartment in general could have been cleaner, but the sheets and towels were very nice and clean. The dining section windows do not have any curtains, so it gets really bright in the morning in the living room. It would be nice to add some curtains there.

Amazing.

The apartment is in a perfect location and absolutely spotless. The beds are super comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. Andrea, the host, is a wonderful person.He was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely stay with Andrea again the next time we’re in Belgrade.

Appartamento per 4 persone con secondo letto nella stanza soggiorno. ben arredato, tutto nuovo e funzionale. Posizione ottima, molto luminoso.

Il palazzo è veramente fatiscente, l'ascensore non ispira sicurezza. Mancano appendi asciugamani in bagno e qualsiasi altro posto dove appendere le cose nella stanza/soggiorno principale dove c'è uno dei due letti matrimoniali. Mancano anche le tende in questa stanza, il che significa che c'è molta luce appena sorge il sole. Il wifi in soggiorno prendeva malissimo, prende bene nella camera da letto

Das Apartment liegt zentral und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Umliegend sind sehr gute Restaurants, die selbst zu später Stunde noch offen haben und ihre Gäste verwöhnen.

O locatie buna si un raport calitate pret excelent

Un apartament relativ mic, dar care asigura confortul necesar, bine situat in centrul vechi al Belgradului. Curat si cu o gazda foarte amabila. Un raport excelent calitate pret.

Proprietatea nu poate asigura un loc de parcare, iar un loc de parcarea in orasul vechi este foarte greu de gasit si are pretul foarte ridicat. Noi am platit pentru un loc de parcare in garaj, relativ aproape de proprietate, mai mult decat jumatate din costul inchirierii apartamentului. Desigur acest fapt nu afecteaza calitatea apartamentului, dar e bine de stiut de cei care se deplaseaza cu autoturismul. As mentiona si faptul ca plata se face la proprietate in cash.

Schön geschnittene Ferienwohnung, ideal für einen Kurzurlaub, freundlicher Vermieter und viele Restaurants und Geschäfte

Großartige Lage im dritten Stock eines Miethauses, mitten in der Altstadt. Viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar zwei Zimmer, die durch eine nicht Schließ Bahre Tür miteinander verbunden sind. Zwei sehr bequeme große Betten, ein toller Küchentisch zum Sitzen. Bat mit Waschmaschine und ebenerdiger Dusche ein Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin, morgens scheint die Sonne hinein und man hört Straßengeräusche. Der Vermieter ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und kommt auch selbst vorbei, um zu helfen. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war problemlos, er spricht sehr gut englisch.

Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, es fehlen Haken. Wir hatten zu dritt sechs Handtücher, wussten aber nicht, wo wir sie lassen sollen. Auch Jacken oder Ähnliches kann man nirgends aufhängen.
