Central Park Apartments

Location was grand!!! Easy to get to everything that one has to see in town. Room was good, no noise from the street.

FYI, there are lots of stairs to climb to get to the 2nd floor where the room is.

The location is awesome! It's in the very heart of the city near the park so you can walk around and explore. The host is wonderfully helpful - he provided clear-cut instructions for getting into the apartment and answered all of the upcoming questions and solved issues which we are really thankful for!

I would expect a 4-star accommodation to provide at least salt, sugar, coffee and tea. Kitchenware is quite scarce I'd have to say. Some renovation can be a good idea. It can get a bit noisy in the evening because of the cafes downstairs but that's the downside which goes along with the great location. If you travel by car - make sure you let the host know, the parking in the centre can be brutal in busy months. The host helped us solve the issue, we paid around 12e for a daily parking spot.

Good location, in the middle of Belgrade. The host is very friendly and polite, he organized parking for my car and give us all needed information about neighborhood. The apartment is clean and comfort for 4 adults. I recommend it.

The apartment is located in Zmaj Jovina Street, in a great and very convenient location. Unfortunately, that was probably the only real positive for us. The apartment was far from being properly clean. There was visible dirt around the toilet and cobwebs on the windows, which was especially disappointing because I had specifically told the host in advance that cleanliness was the most important thing for me. Despite this, the apartment was handed over to us in a very poor condition. The air conditioning in the bedroom was not working(and outside was above 40). The building itself is very old and the common areas have clearly not been renovated for a long time. The elevator is in very poor condition, and even the apartment windows do not close properly. Overall, I don't think this apartment offers good value for money. If your only priority is the location, then it may be acceptable, as the location is excellent. However, if you are looking for a decent, clean and comfortable place to stay, I would recommend avoiding this apartment.
