Hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung! Perfekt eingerichtet. Sogar mit Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine🍀❤️
Der Garten gehört zu der grösseren Ferienwohnung, dass war mir beim Buchen nicht klar! Der Vermieter hat mir aber gesagt, ich könne trotzdem in den Garten!

Nice garden area. The property is big, it has 1 TV in each room and an updated toilet. Walking distance to Tommy supermarket, Mall of Split and bus stops though. Just a bit hot to walk in summer.
Maybe the pictures in booking.com needs updating, there’s no trampoline, but a pond. There is no common area like sofa but a common dining place. Slightly far to get to town if you wish to go to the town during your stay. Remember to use mosquito repellent when in garden.

There were no issues, and the owner was very nice. The apartment feels like it has been pretty newly renovated, so it's up to date.
The location is a bit challenging if you don't have transportation, but this apartment is suitable for someone renting a car or a moped. I think the nearest bus stop is about 650 meters away.
