Well worth the money. Comfortable stay.

The apartment was more spacious than I had anticipated from the photos. The drying racks for the boots almost always had space. The apartment had a modern feel and felt well cared for. The lady who manages the apartment was very nice and helpful when problems arised. Problems were fixed promptly, there was no need to keep nagging. The price was very reasonable. The apartment is really close to the bus stop. It's almost always empty when going to maiskogel/zell am see since you're at one of the first stops. There was more than enough cooking utensils and pots and pans. The TV and laundry machine was a nice benefit.

The shower rod was broken when we moved in and the dishwasher didn't work. That was a bit awkward for the first few days, but it was fixed which was very nice. I also spotted some silverfish in the bedroom and bathroom which is not very nice, it does not feel clean (I only spotted two, but still there's probably a lot more). The lady taking care of the apartment seems to speak only German, so you're going to have to be aware of that. There are multiple apartments with travelers, our second week some of our neighbours were making insane amounts of noise and also triggered the fire alarm in the middle of the night which really was not a good experience (but that is not really the apartment's fault). A nice improvement would be having more toilet paper and soap ready. Also providing some default spices (salt/pepper) for cooking would be nice.

Very comfortable and clean place

The apartment has almost everything one needs. Very clean, with very comfortable beds. The communication with Paul was very good, he answers e-mails within couple of hours. Besides that he provided us with very detailed information about the place and told us everything we need to know.

We were missing only a micro-wave oven, as well as couple of tables for the dishwashing machine and toilet paper. Besides that everything else which one needs was available.

Excellent stay

It was near to the bus station. We had special parking places. Everything was very clean, equiped with the things we needed. The kitchen was highly equiped, the living-room was extremely big. The communication with the host of the appartment was excellent.

The ski room was a little bit hard to acces. It would have been nice to have a sauna.

Everything is dirty, the kitchen utensils, the rooms and the pillows are very dirty, the internet is very bad, the view are not on the river, the price is high and not worth it, all I found was the opposite of what was said in the comments completely, I never recommend it.

حلو بس بعيد عن السنتر جدام قعدة النهر الي الناس تقعد فيه

الشقه آخر السنتر واسعه وكبيرة موقف سيارات ماكو شي اسمه تكييييف نهائي ولا مراوح … الحمدلله كان شهر ثمانيه وبرد حيل وقت النوم يعني ماتحاتون الحر عاد حسب موجة الحر بس كشقه ‏ 𝕎𝕠𝕎

المفتاح واحد ضاع بالشقه نفسها للاسف اخذوا منا 200 يورو عشانه !! وتقعد عجوز قريح تصارخ وتلعلع انزين شنسوي يعني دفعنا بس مولازم تصارخ الحمدلله والشكر خساره اني طلعت منظفة المكان والله محد يستاهل انظف المكان وراي المشكله ان المفتاح موجود بالشقه بس من الحوسه مادري وين حطيته وان كان لقوه وماردو علي لاني كلمتهم وقالولي راح نرد لج خبر … بس ماتكلموا زقوم ان شاءالله دام هذا اسلوبهم 🌾🌾

Het is een mooi ruim appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien, en vooral heerlijk dichtbij het centrum en ski gelegenheid/ gebieden

Een koffie zet apparaat zou handig zijn

Prachtige locatie en heerlijk verblijf

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, goede bedden, uitgebreid assortiment om te kunnen koken. Nabij Bushalte en supermarkt. We werden zeer vriendelijk verwelkomt door de lieve overbuurvrouw, die de incheck regelt. Bij haar kan je ook terecht voor vragen.

Laatste nacht hadden we wat last van de bovenburen gehad. Verder viel niks tegen.
