We were thrilled to have managed to secure such fantastic accommodation at the last minute.
The arrival and all the arrangements were superb. Chris’s FAQ answered most questions even before we arrived :) During our stay, my car battery died, and I needed help with tools and advice on where to buy a new one. Chris was always nearby, ready with the right tool or a tip on where to go. He is truly an exceptional host. The accommodation was immaculate, with every detail perfectly prepared. The kitchen, designed to accommodate two families, was excellently equipped. Overall, the house is beautifully decorated, featuring a stylish design and an incredibly cozy atmosphere. And on clear days, the view of the Kitzsteinhorn from the kitchen is a wonderful bonus.
The only drawback I’d note is the beds and their overly soft mattresses, which cause you to sink in a bit while sleeping.

Why can't we rate a location with a score higher than 10?
I'm not sure where to start. This was such an enjoyable location. I'll start with what I think represented our host so much: we left one morning to explore the area and it was good weather. Before leaving we left our laundry drying outside. During the day we suddenly noticed it started raining and thought our laundry will be all wet. When coming back we saw they have "saved" our laundry by placing in a protected area. WOW! Starting the day with a smile from the host, getting a tour of their garden and animals was such a lovely experience for us and our kids. We got great recommendations on what to do, where to buy meat for our BBQ and generally communication was very comfortable over WhatsApp. The location itself is well maintained with large bedrooms, plenty of closet space. Spacious bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen including dishwasher. The host has provided us with all relevant dishwasher/laundry/dispenser soaps and well as wood and coal for BBQ.

Absilutely everything..A truly wonderful place that served our family ski trip well. From grandparents to grandchild. Beautiful chalet in a quiet location yet only 2 minutes from ski bus stop amd 4 minute ride to lifts.. I would certainly foresake being with in walking distance of lifts to stay here again. A totally added bonus is your host, who went completely above and beyond in accommodating us and offering assistance with everything from time of booking to departure and after. We felt so welcomed and that having a great holiday was most important to them. Oustanding. Exceptional. Fabulous. I haven't had a better experience.

We had a lovely family holiday .
A very comfortable house , warm with everything you need. Nice big bedrooms and lots of space for children. Super views all around. You can walk from the house into Kaprun or on some of the trails around. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the owners.
