Brilliant and cosy apartment, spacious and bright, very good location to access all visiting spots, metro, bus etc. we really enjoyed our stay, staff was also very friendly and helpful. 🤗🇮🇹 Loved it and will come back some day

The apartment is located in a great location, right in the heart of the historic centre of Naples. It's on the 4th floor but has a lift, and the room has a very nice balcony and lots of natural light coming in with nice high ceilings.

When I first arrived, I felt quite underwhelmed. The apartment looks significantly nicer in the photos than it does in reality. In person, it feels very dated and poorly maintained - rusty handles, an old shower head, a bathroom window that wouldn’t open and was sealed with a piece of tissue, a rusted handle to operate it and a wonky toilet seat. Several things simply didn’t work properly. On arrival, I was told the toilet flush was leaking heavily and would take a week to repair, despite the fact that I had booked a two-week stay. The bed is right next to the bathroom, so the sound of the leak was impossible to ignore. Only after I complained did they arrange a repair. The initial suggestion was to downgrade me to a smaller room, with no offer of compensation, which I found unacceptable. A plumber eventually came the following day, meaning I had to spend the first night with a broken toilet. Noise was another major issue. The street outside is very loud at night and, despite double glazing, the noise still comes through clearly. The fridge next to the bed was also extremely loud, but I had to keep it on as I was storing food. In the morning, I was woken up by the communal coffee machine located right outside my room, which is used by all the apartments. After the toilet was repaired, a new issue appeared: a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. While the leak was fixed, water seemed to stagnate in the system, creating an unpleasant odour that lingered. I raised this with reception, but was told there was nothing they could do. As a result, I spent the rest of my two-week stay with a persistent sewer smell in the room. I would not recommend staying here for a long period. It might be acceptable for a few nights, but overall, the building, facilities, and handling of issues are well below expectations.

is near to train station and metro lines, the room is very spacious with a comfortable bathroom, has a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and surroundings. has a elevator so is easy to get in and out for a person with limited mobility.

While the building has historic charm, be aware that the floors vibrate noticeably with each step, which was initially concerning. Amenities were sparse: no complimentary water glasses or coffee cups are provided. The shared kitchen is very basic, offering only an oven, a water boiler, and a capsule coffee machine (with one capsule per guest). Furthermore, the secondary lights were flickering and very distracting if not dangerous, so I kept them off. Given the price, the overall value and basic amenities could be significantly improved.

The room was nicely decorated and the ceilings were very high. The location was also super nice.

The wi-fi never reached our room, it smelled horrible in the entrance but happily it didn't in the room and the toilet was broken, it was very hard to flush and sometimes it didn't work at all. Out of the three places we stayed at in Napoli this scored lowest on our list. Dimora Delle Arti is on the same street and was way better.
