Location is great, walking distance to the center, room was clean, staff friendly.

Breakfast was very basic, could be better.

B&B La Dimore del Conte is located in downtown Naples close to Archeological museum and other sites and restaurant in downtown city. Both room and bathroom were spacious. B&B is nicely reconstructed. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff allowed us to check-in earlier.

B&B is located inside old building with other flats in the building. The reception is not opened 24 hours, staff is there only for breakfast and check-in. Breakfast was simple cold buffet breakfast. Breakfast was from 8am which was late for us for 2 days when we had trips, so we asked staff to come earlier at 7.15am, they promised to do so, but then they did not come and told me liar that we never agreed so.

I can't say anything particularly good about this B&B.

Check-in is limited. If you arrive after 6:00 PM, you'll need to contact reception to check in later. You'll also have four keys: for the front door, the inner door, the hotel door, and your room. The breakfast is average and the same every day. My bed was broken. I complained, but of course, no action was taken. There were only a few drops of shampoo. I asked for more, but of course, no one paid attention. The walls are thin, so you'll be aware of everything your neighbors are doing. The location is rather unfortunate: Piazza Cavour is dirty and noisy. There's no point in staying there. I chose this place because I needed to be close to the University of Campania, but from a tourist perspective, living there has no advantages.
