The location is perfect. Piazza Bellini is full of live, bars and restaurant and very well connected to other areas of the city. The is room big, beautiful and has a great view on the volcano and a nice balcony. It is nicely furnished, freshly renovated and very clean.
The pillows were very hard, we couldn't sleep on them. The room is not perfectly isolated and you could hear quite well the other guests in the other rooms. It would have been nice to have the possibility to make a coffee either in the room or in the common space that as of now has no purpose...

The location was very convenient both for walking and taking public transportation. The neighborhood is lively and charming. The view from the apartment is fantastic--you can even see Vesuvius.
The bed is uncomfortable. All of the furniture is cheap and low-taste. The sink and shower both have slow drains, which is not ideal when the shower is already weak and tepid.
