Loved the house, the location, the staff! When entering the house there’s a wow factor, it is beautiful! The staff is always there for you. Answering immediately and very friendly. The bed is comfortable and the WiFi is working perfectly.

Maybe a change of towels when living more than 5 nights? Nothing to complain about!

I loved staying here. Antonella greeted me warmly and offered coffee. She explained everything well and gave me a helpful map. The building is really special; I loved coming through the huge door into the courtyard each time I returned. Breakfast is included at a wonderful, friendly bar just across the street, with great pastries. Those were the breakfasts I enjoyed most on my trip. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The Juliet balcony had a pretty window box with interesting succulents. It was a pleasant place to come back to each evening. Well located, plenty of restaurants, stores, bars, etc. withing a block or two.

An electric kettle would have been nice in the chilly winter weather. The bed was oddly hard. I like tent camping and have slept on camping pads often; I also chose a super firm mattress for my own bed at home. Nevertheless, it was difficult to find a comfy spot on this bed.

Difficult check in. Had to pay 0.5€ per bag to have them transported up in a lift. Beds were not comfortable.
