Spacious flat with a beautiful feel to it. Large private garden area with citrus trees. Good selection of guide books. Close to supermarkets for self-caterers. Excellent location for restaurants, shopping and a brisk 15 minute walk to the main station. Anna the owner was extremely helpful and supplied excellent instructions on how to find the flat and operate the security system. We were met on arrival by the lovely Monica who explained everything to us and made sure we were settled in.
Some noise from the street, but this is Italy!

Mieszkanie ładne i duże, w eklektycznym stylu w ciekawej kamienicy. Wygodne łóżka i wyposażenie w sprzęt AGD przydatne na kilkudniowy pobyt. Klimatyzacja w lokalu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką i obsługą lokalu. Mieszkanie położone w centralnej części miasta, blisko promenady i deptaka, dużo sklepów i restauracji, 15 min od dworca kolejowego oraz portu i przeprawy promowej.
Bardzo ładny i klimatyczny ogród z patio ale korzystaliśmy z niego niewiele ze wzg. na hałas i remont na górnych piętrach kamienicy. Na patio spadały elementy gruzu i pył z remontu. Skomplikowany system dostępu do mieszkania, który nie działał dla naszych numerów telefonicznych w konsekwencji korzystaliśmy z 1 kompletu kluczy co było uciążliwe przy 5 osobach.
