The location is excellent, right on the main pedestrian street downtown. Very safe, welcoming area. The owner met us at the building and gave wonderful recommendations of where to eat. The harbour is close and it's only a 7-10 minute walk to the train station or sightseeing ferries. The suite was clean. There's a separate room for the bedroom. Coffee and tea were available in the little kitchen, complete with fridge, stovetop and microwave. There are electronic safety blinds for both the bedroom and living area. We didn't find them the first night.
The water pressure is very low for showering. The couch's one arm fell off twice when my partner leaned on it and he fell over. There's scaffolding outside the balcony so you really don't want to use it plus there was construction going on outside and what sounded like the floor above us, so lots of noise during the day.

The location was perfect, big room, nice bathroom, good beds.
There were actually no windows in the appartment and that was not mentioned beforehand. Also what was left for us in the appartment as a breakfast, was actually only some snacks.
