The apartment is huge, very quiet and private. Beds are very comfortable, while kitchen and bathrooms are functional.
The location is perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and the esplanade. The host was very lovely and accommodating, letting my elderly parents to check in ahead of time
I would have expected a washing machine but I could not find one. This was not a problem for me, but could be for others

Very clean, good instructions/video sent to show how to access the building.
I hadnt read far enough down the page to spot the additional€50 cleaning fee. I think this should be included in the price. (We didn't have seperate cleaning charge at any other accommodation. )
After going out for the evening the door would not unlock, we had to message for support to get back in. We fetched a spare key from an unlocked post box on the ground floor.
At our next accommodation we had to sign a form to say I was over 65 and not liable for the nightly tourist charge. This place (amongst others) charged the tax.
