Ideal location near several features -- the waterfront, "The Oyster" (Piazza della Libertà, the main cruise port), plus shopping and great restaurants (3-5 mins away, at most, on foot). The bed and the suite were comfortable, and we were grateful to have use of the washing machine on our several-city tour.

Good washing machine. Towels were very nice and new. Good location. Quiet area. Good air conditioning
Needed freshened up. Crockery was old and chipped. Kitchen cupboards etc needed cleaned. Fridge door didn’t close properly. Bed had plastic covers under the sheet. Only 1 pillow each. The sofa was very uncomfortable The shower drain was slow to clear. The shower was not warm. Hot water wasnt working. There was a bad smell on entering the building
