Excellent location at seafront, close to restaurants, shopping street &concordia port for ferry trips. Hostess was very pleasant and communicated well. Small minimarket couple of doors down. Better supermarket was ete on main shopping street, about 5-7 mins walk. Great terrace & facilities for washing clothes & doing dishes etc. Previous reviews stated no soap etc provided but we were pleasantly surprised. Everything that you'd need. (We only made breakfast- there's just a hob top)
€40 euro added for cleaning which was not declared at time of booking. This is on top of tourist tax which was expected but it just added to the bill unfortunately. More transparent communication needed.

Good washing machine. Towels were very nice and new. Good location. Quiet area. Good air conditioning
Needed freshened up. Crockery was old and chipped. Kitchen cupboards etc needed cleaned. Fridge door didn’t close properly. Bed had plastic covers under the sheet. Only 1 pillow each. The sofa was very uncomfortable The shower drain was slow to clear. The shower was not warm. Hot water wasnt working. There was a bad smell on entering the building
