Etwas mehr Grundausstattung in der Küche (Pfeffer, Aceto Balsamico, verschiedene Tees) wäre nett gewesen aber nicht zwingend nötig. Becher für die Zahnbürsten im Bad wären auch praktisch.

El apartamento es amplio, bonito y nuevo. Baño de buen tamaño y ducha con buena presión de agua. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias de la casa. Habitaciones amplias y silenciosas, pudimos dormir muy bien con camas y almohadas cómodas. La gran terraza es un plus, nosotros desayunamos allí todos los días. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren de la cual fuimos andando al apartamento. Cerca también del mar y puerto, cómodo para recorrer la Costa Amalfitana. Y del centro histórico, zona de tiendas y restaurantes. Había un supermercado no muy lejos. Todo el apartamento estaba muy limpio. A mi parecer lo único que le falta para ser perfecto es una lavadora, pero ya sabía que no tenía y pasamos sin ella sin problema. Stefania fue muy amable, nos esperó para darnos las llaves del apartamento y nos dejó en la nevera zumo y agua fría así como café y algún dulce. Mantuvimos contacto en todo momento, antes y durante la estancia. Estuvo pendiente y contestó a todas mis preguntas. En definitiva, un apartamento totalmente recomendable.

Good location and it was clean. The airconditioning works fantastically.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was not a particularly pleasant one, so we feel that a 5/10 is a fair rating. The bed was, by itself, a major issue for us. It was extremely hard and, in our view, not really suitable for two people. There was essentially no proper mattress, but rather a very firm base with metal springs/wires. The bed was also quite small for two people and noticeably sloped down towards one side, which made sleeping on it even more uncomfortable. We both left the apartment with significant neck and back pain. We appreciate that mattress preferences are subjective and that we may be somewhat sensitive to beds, but this was well outside our usual experience with beds in B&Bs and Airbnbs. For comparison, we stayed at another Airbnb immediately before this one in Naples and had no issues whatsoever with the bed. Unfortunately, the bed here significantly affected our stay and is in itself enough for us to give the accommodation a low rating. There were also some additional things that made the overall experience less enjoyable. The communication with the host could be quite demanding, with very long WhatsApp messages and repeated requests for extensive photo and video evidence when we raised an issue. For example, the sink was clogged from the moment we arrived. Initially, it was suggested that this might have been caused by us, after which we were asked to provide several videos demonstrating the problem. The sink was not fixed during our stay. This was not a major inconvenience for us personally, but the way the issue was handled was frustrating. The waste disposal system was also more complicated than we had anticipated. Waste has to be strictly separated, with only one type collected each day. We were initially told to take the waste with us and send photos of the empty bins. Only after asking for clarification did we learn that the remaining waste could actually be left in the apartment.
