About this house rental
Apartment located in a stately building in the center of Salerno, with a large courtyard, a beautiful garden with a separate entrance and private parking. The garden, surrounded by a wall of bricks, was part of an old orchard which keeps perfumes and atmospheres. Remains protected and hidden by the surrounding buildings but, coming out of the gate, the visitor finds himself in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, markets and all the best that provides the city of Salerno.
The apartment maintains the structure and finishes original and, even where it had to step in to replace implants, have been used traditional materials Salernitana, such as hand-painted ceramics from Vietri. The old blends with the modern and conveys an atmosphere of yesteryear. The house consists of an entrance hall, a corridor leading to two double bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and living room, a kitchen with all the equipment (dishwasher, oven, stove, set of dishes and cookware ) and a bathroom with shower. The living room leads to the terrace and garden. The apartment also has WiFi, heating, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, washing machine, television, hairdryer. It 'also a small library with books in Italian and in English.
Besides allowing a pleasant holiday for groups of friends, the property is ideal for families with children who can move, play and have fun in total freedom and security.

The location is perfect, it is close to a bus stop that serves several lines, it is very close to the train station and ferries and is surrounded by amazing restaurants. There are 2 grocery stores within minutes walk of the appartment. We could not have been happier with this! Anna and Monica were really helpful. The appartment is spacious and super clean. We had a wonderful time! I would however recommend fixing the back door to the garden as it made an awful noise each time it was opened. We also could not access the parking area but since we did not have a car it was not an issue. However please be mindful of this if you do intend to come with a car, you might not be able to open the door to the street.

Location super-terrific. Right in bustling down, a few feet from great little pane shop and other shops.The property is off the charts. Our lovely and fully private (all ours) court yard with lemon trees and beautiful garden about the size of half-court basketball court or bigger.Communication was great. Anna really cared about our comfort and convenience. We fell in love with Salerno and you will too.

Anna's apartment was a lovely oasis in the heart of Salerno. A large, comfortable, elegant Italian apartment with a beautiful and spacious outdoor garden for sitting and dining. Anna was a lovely, responsive host who even gifted us with some delicious local mozzarella for easter. The apartment is well located near the train station, ferries and market and it was great to have private parking in the city. I highly recommend Anna's apartment for your stay in Salerno.
