No screen for mosquitoes if you open the window for fresh air.

Location - close to the train station, many ammenities, beachfront and cafes. Communication - owner was extremely attentive and communication was quick and responsive. Well furnished & clean apartment - great heating, ammenities and well maintained.
Did seem like many adhered to the waste collection schedule / this was confusing and not something I think guests should have to adhere to each night. Water pressure in the shower is low - don’t think this is the owners fault. Some further features such as a drying rack for clothes or further cost hangers would have been useful for the washing machine offered.

Close to ferry
Dark hallways. No way to get out of building without a key. Could run into plate glass door in entry way. Not tapped.

Posizione strategica.
Piano ammezzato di un pregresso appartamento unico, poi diviso (l’ingresso è su disimpegno). Il riscaldamento solo con l’aria condizionata poiché i termosifoni sono rimasti sempre spenti (non si sono mai attivati a orari o temperature prestabilite, nonostante l’host sostenesse il contrario).
