Centrally located, large apartment. Typical Georgian furniture and decor. The building is being renovated and will look fantastic when done. Walking distance of everything. Across the road from the harbour and about 400m from the Alphabet tower, the Nino and Ali, sculpture, the Ferris Wheel, Cable car and the beaches. Fantastic host. Very friendly and helpful. Doesn’t speak English but we communicated well. We were greeted with complimentary Georgian wine, Cha cha and Cognac. Kitchen is well equipped.
Expect the back of the buildings to look like darkest Russia.

Замечательная хозяйка Катя, встретила нас лично, всё рассказала. Квартира чистая, уютно. Всё есть для комфортного проживания. А месторасположение - вообще топчик! )

Katja welcomed us very kindly, she did everything to make us feel comfortable. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Much nicer and bigger than we thought based on the pictures. Parking is available in the yard. It's in a great location.
