Everything was excellent. This apartment exceeded our expectations. It is a large apartment located on the 13th floor in a good area of the city. There is a panoramic view of the sea and a pleasant view of the surrounding city buildings. The apartment has many windows, so it is very bright, and it has a fresh, modern renovation. There is a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a baby crib, and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and well maintained, with everything necessary. It includes a shower cabin. The kitchen is combined with the living room. It has everything needed to cook meals, including a gas stove, an oven, cutlery, and dishes. There is also a large table where a family can comfortably have meals. In the living room there are two large sofas and two comfortable armchairs. There is also a balcony. You can step out from the kitchen onto the balcony and enjoy the view of the city. Tbel-Abuseridze Street is a three-minute walk away. The host was excellent. The check-in was quick, the keys were handed over and everything in the apartment was shown. The check-out was also quick and straightforward.

There is one minor downside, but it is not directly related to the apartment. The elevators in the building sometimes behave strangely. For example, once we were going down, reached the 6th floor, and then the elevator suddenly started going up again. At other times the elevator simply would not move, so we had to switch to the 2nd elevator and use that one instead.

Very good location, close to everything - shops, cafes, seashore. Clean enough, comfortable, spacious. The host provided us everything we needed by request.

The only problem was noise from construction in front of the house, but only in daytime.
