Very lovely stay. Shota is also proactive with advices for local places and even gave me a present. The place is good for even longer stay. It's quiet, apart from some neighbors dogs barking, but that's very normal here, lots of dogs. Would book again.

Отзывчивый владелец, всегда был готов помочь. Заселились мы среди ночи без проблем. Все возникающие вопросы быстро решались. Горячая вода всегда есть. Достаточно тихо, переулок спокойный. В жаркое время в квартире прохладно, кондиционер не включали. Площадь огромная!

We greatly enjoyed the company and hospitality of Shota and his family. The household is charming and comfortable, with a lovely garden shaded by grape vines. The location is in a laid back part of town that is calm and relaxing. Around the corner are some grocery stores, and within a block or so there are some cafes and restaurants. Access to Old Batumi is easy by bus, marshrutka, taxi, or even by walking.
