I loved that it had everything I needed. It was also in the perfect part of Old Town so that I could walk everywhere. The accommodation was spotless, had a great bathroom and bonus was the washing machine. Even my bicycle had somewhere to sleep.
Google maps and Booking maps pins it at number 30. Just walk across the junction and find 24 and walk in the alley. The accommodation is end left up the stairs.

Хорошее расположение - центр Батуми! доброжелательные отзывчивые хозяева, чисто, есть стиральная машина и плита, кондиционер, обогреватель. Окна выходят во двор. Можно припарковаться в переулке у дома, если повезет найти место (нам повезло).
Постельное белье не соответствовало размерам кровати (думаю, можно было попросить поменять, но мы уже решили так спать). Не помешало бы обновить косметический ремонт и постирать шторы.
