Great location, within walking distance of Europe Square. It has been recently renovated, so it was clean and bright. Everything needed for a short stay is available. It is a good base to explore Batumi old town and promenade. This was my second time staying here, and it was better than the first time, which I also enjoyed.
Nothing to note here.

Отличное место. Уютная белая комната, аутентичный батумский дворик с цветами, прекрасные, радушные гостеприимные хозяева, чувствуешь себя как дома. Выход на уютные исторические улицы, рядом площадь Европы, очень красивая дорога к морю, рядом так называемый "детский" пляж с удобным заходом в воду, без крупных камней.

Хорошее расположение - центр Батуми! доброжелательные отзывчивые хозяева, чисто, есть стиральная машина и плита, кондиционер, обогреватель. Окна выходят во двор. Можно припарковаться в переулке у дома, если повезет найти место (нам повезло).
Постельное белье не соответствовало размерам кровати (думаю, можно было попросить поменять, но мы уже решили так спать). Не помешало бы обновить косметический ремонт и постирать шторы.
