Batumi's authentic center

Расположение аппартаментов превосходное, 10-12 мин до морского порта, 5-7 мин до пл. Пьяццо, канатная дорога Арго тоже близко. Луиза отзывчивая, приветливая, во всем помогала. Всем друзьям буду смело рекомендовать это место проживания.

It is a mixed review. I ended up shortening my week stay to one night. The large, clean, well furnished apartment has a great location in old Batumi, close to everything. However, loud construction is happening just opposite. The owner, upon my arrival had the glass door closed and drew the curtains, which I found odd. I soon opened the curtains and the door, which then revealed the construction site and sound. She told me construction was finished each day at 5 pm and to keep the door closed. There were no written instructions in the apartment and, for example, I ended up using 1 of 3 door locks to the outside. This lock left me locked in, unable to get out. The owner does not speak English and upon repeatedly asking her to use Google Translate, she preferred to contact her friend in Israel who spoke English, to communicate with me. It was unfortunate and very difficult, even upon my departure when I intended to pay for one night once we carried my luggage down to the street. She instead didn't give me the opportunity, instead angrily speaking Russian and walking inside the locked street door.

Better only for Russian and Georgian speaking guests. Loud construction noise just opposite.

Im Centrum Alt Batumi. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

3 Etage, ohne Aufzug mit 2 Koffer. Aber ist verständlich das es in Wohnhäuser keine Aufzüge gibt.
