Apartment In Batumi MGZAVREBI

Lasha, the owner was very helpful and attentive to our stay. The guest house is in a great location close to everything. We felt very peaceful during our stay and were very thankful that we could officially check out a bit later due to the time of our train back to Tbilisi. The value for the price was excellent. Literally a five minute walk to European Square in one direction and a five minute walk to the beach and boulevard the other way. The only difficulty we had was our taxi driver couldn't locate the place on google maps very well. I think a better pin drop would be the Neptune statue for taxis because it's just a one minute walk behind it tucked away a bit. But that was a minor issue. We would definitely stay there again!

It was a big place. The owner was easygoing and cool. We had the whole place for us. It has a big living room. The house was well equipped with washing machine and other stuff. We easily parked our car in front of the apartment.

Most of stuff and furniture was old and we couldn’t easily find the apartment (since there was some construction going in the neighborhood).

Perfect location

No balcony

Nice owner.

The furniture and decoration were kind of old-fashioned.
