Location is great, very spacious apartment, all the facilities, and a nice, good look. We had everything we needed. The location in Old Batumi is beautiful, near Medea Square. Great place. It was a pleasure to stay there. The space really exceeded our expectations.

Location, location, location. Clean, comfortable beds, nice shower, good AC (not in the bedrooms, though. The AC is in the living room, so you need to keep the bedroom doors open to let the AC in). A Spar supermarket and a rich fruit stand just a few meters away. Mosquito nets on the windows. Helpful owner! Overall - wonderful.
The washing machine isn't very well maintained. A bit dirty.

Очень комфортные аппартаменты, просторные и удобные. Особенно понравилось расположение - близко к пляжу, и все прогулки были вдоль красивых зданий по широким тротуарам. На кухне много посуды, можно готовить. Вещи стирали каждый день, с сушкой проблем не было. Воду в душе было сложновато регулировать, но не критично. Если поедем ещё раз в Батуми, обязательно остановимся здесь.
