Мне понравился сам дом, было очень чисто и уютно. Но больше всего мне понравилась сама хозяйка Нани, это просто добрейший души человек. Очень милая и заботливая, я как будто приехал к родственникам. Угощали хачапури, сливами и т.д. Делали всё чтобы проживание понравилось❤️

We want to start by thanking the wonderful hosts! They are the most attentive and kind-hearted owners we have ever met. Their hospitality knows no bounds: they surprised us with delicious local treats several times, shared priceless insider tips on where to go and what to see, and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. As for the apartment: it's a fantastic guest house with a fresh and stylish renovation. It has absolutely everything you need for a short stay. It was cozy and comfortable. We highly recommend this place!

One minor note: the location is a bit removed from the historical center and the seafront. However, firstly, this small drawback is completely outweighed by all the advantages mentioned above, and secondly, taxis are very affordable here, so getting anywhere is not a problem.

Отличная трехкомнатная квартира на втором этаже с новым ремонтом. Апартаменты сдаются только первый год (на лето 2025), поэтому всё новое, свежее. 2 спальни с большими двуспальными кроватями. Удобные жесткие матрасы. Кухня совмещена с гостиной с кондиционером. Есть микроволновка, плита, турка для кофе, холодильник и различная посуда для готовки. Квартира находится на довольно тихой улице, есть парковка, что для Батуми большая удача. Внизу есть магазин, где можно купить всё необходимое. Аэропорт в паре километров, но самолётов вообще не слышно. ТЦ metro city также в паре километров. Хозяева - Нани и Гоча - приняли нас как самых близких друзей. Тепло встретили, откликались на любую просьбу и просто задарили нас подарками, своим теплом и вниманием. Однозначно рекомендую эти апартаменты! Лучше в Батуми не найдете)) A nice three-room apartment on the second floor with a new renovation. There are two bedrooms with large double beds. The mattresses are comfortable. The kitchen is combined with a living room with air conditioning. There is a microwave, a stove, a coffee pot, a refrigerator, and various cooking utensils. The apartment is located on a quiet street, and there is parking, which is a great advantage in Batumi. There is a store downstairs where you can buy everything you need. The airport is a couple of kilometers away, but you can't hear any planes. The metro city shopping center is also a couple of kilometers away. The hosts, Nani and Gocha, treated us like close friends. They welcomed us warmly, responded to our every request, and showered us with gifts, warmth, and attention. I highly recommend these apartments! You won't find anything better in Batumi))
