Хорошая небольшая квартира на 10 этаже. Красивый вид на город и море. Есть маленький балкончик. Расположение квартиры отличное - в шаговой доступности все необходимое: магазины, аптеки, кафе и т.д. В самой квартире 2 отдельные комнаты, что удобно для размещения с детьми. Есть 1 кондиционер в гостиной, но его хватает на обе комнаты. Все фото соответствуют описанию. Замечательный хозяин, который всегда на связи и готов помочь и проконсультировать по разным вопросам.

Удобное месторасположение квартиры, есть круглосуточный маркет в доме, обменник через дорогу, легко дойти пешком везде куда тебе надо. Сама квартира светлая, много спальных мест, балкон с симпатичным видом.
