CASA NEPTUN in OLD BATUMI

Very central, walking distance from restaurants, shops and the beach. Neat and tidy. Very nice balcony with a very nice view. Very friendly and helpful manager. She allowed us to store our luggage after check out. The room is very small, but good for a night or two.

Lovely apartment in the very center of the old city, meeting all our needs.

Modern reconstructed space in a great location. Our room had a big terrace, which would be lovely to use in summer, although we didn’t get the chance this time due to the weather. The room itself is quite small, but perfectly fine if you’re mainly staying there overnight. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. There was a list of restaurant recommendations, which we really loved and found very helpful.

WiFi connection was extremely poor — the only available network was actually from another apartment, and it didn’t reach our room properly. I wasn’t able to work because of it. The soundproofing could definitely be improved — we could hear people using the bathroom in the apartment next to us. There was also no microwave, even though it was mentioned in the description. The lady who contacted me said it was being repaired and promised to bring another one the next day, but never did. The payment process was quite confusing. When I wrote in advance, I was told there was no hurry. When we arrived (and she knew our exact arrival time), I asked again and was told the same thing — that we could do it whenever we were ready. I then suggested meeting the next morning to sort it out, but she suddenly said she needed the payment that same day. I agreed and asked if she could come then, and she said she would arrive in 15–20 minutes. In the end, we waited almost 40 minutes, hungry and a bit frustrated. It would have been much easier with clearer communication from the start.

great location. 2 minutes from the beach and in front of the theater. mini market 24/7 under the place. the apartment had a nice balcony and equipped kitchen. it was clean and easy to find the place. you should know that the owner gets only cash in local currency and refuses to use the credit card

a lot of mosquitoes. we couldn’t sleep. the apartment was very small and there wasn’t enough room for suitcases. we was only 2 so we could use the other room for the suitcases but it is not comfortable for more than 2 persons. the pathway to the apartment was very unpleasant and neglected
