Amazing - Cavtat doesn't disappoint and the villa is brilliantly located for all Cavtat's charms.

Fantastic villa in the Old Town, very conveniently only 1 minute from the centre of Cavtat and its cafe's, bars, restaurants and harbour. Gets the sun all day too from its two terraces and nice views of the bay. A few steps up to contend with but nothing worth worrying about. The accommodation is clean, up to date, comfortable beds, great showers, kitchen, dining table outside under cover, washing machine etc. Will be coming back!

The flight of steps up to the apartment may trouble some but not an issue for us. Couldn't get any hot water to the kitchen sink (must be a switch somewhere!) but then again we ate out mostly as the restaurant and cafe' food is amazing.

We had a wonderful trip to Villa Lizza. Restaurants, beaches and groceries all nearby.

Situated in the Old City nearby everything, but withdrawn from the noices of the city. We had a wonderful time, with the possiblity to cook or eat out. You have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 floors to run up and down in the house. A treat with 3 bathrooms for 6 people. Also a suprise that there was some beach mats to borrow, then we could also enjoy sunbathing on the cliffs around the city. Lovely terrace, and outside dining area. We recommend the house, and are already planing on coming back.

Super quirky townhouse in Cavtat

Well equipped, quirky house with 3 great showers, 3 double bedrooms, and a fabulous hot tub on the terrace. 1 minute from the seafront with numerous bars, restaurants, boat trips, and activities.

Nice and clean place with jacuzzi and three bathrooms and bedrooms

Location is excellent close to the beach. Jacuzzi is also a strong point of this place. Charming old building with well thought out and done renovations. As with other buildings in need of further renovation in small part. There are three bedrooms and bathrooms, which is nice.

Quite a few steps to the place as it is situated on a hill. Can get noisy at nights as there is a big hotel not very close by but still with music till the late hours which can be problematic. Also loud singing for hours somewhere near one late night when we where there. There are quite a few more neighbours around than expected. Noticed also sewer flies in the ground floor bathroom.

The villa was perfect for the 6 of us - my husband and I and our two adult daughters plus their spouses. There was so much space for us to all gather together or find separate spaces.

Wonderful villa in Cavtat!

The location was amazing and the view of the harbour from the top floor was wonderful. It's a lovely place for a family especially with three showers and a hot tub in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, although we ate out every night in the restaurants just a few minutes walk from the villa. Our host was great at keeping in contact with us if we needed them, but everything was fine during our stay. We booked transport to and from the airport with them which was very useful. There are lots of steps up to the villa and within (which was fine with us even with 2 children) so something to think about for those with mobility issues.

Perfect stay in villa, very charming location. We definitely come back!

Perfect location, so close to the beaches, restaurants, markets. Harbour always full of impressive yachts or ships. Cavtat old town is very charming, no cars allowed inside the old town. View from terrace is superb. Note - you can see planes landing over your head in the evenings - but we found this kind of romantic :-) We were 2 families, fitted very well in this villa. Very good connection to Dubrovnik or Lokrum island via water taxi.

As we had to do some work from villa, we expected Internet speeds be to higher.

Perfect location in Cavtat

The property is located in the heart of the city of Cavtat and from there you can reach within minutes about anything in the center. There a lot of restaurants and terrace around the area and you have quite a few beaches to choose from. There are a few stairs that you will have to climb to get to the Villa and keep in mind that the property itself has 3 floors. The view from the terrace with the jacuzzi is very nice and you can spend some quality time there.

The Villa looks like it needs some renovation because some of the things are looking that were worn-out. But overall it is a nice place to stay.

A lovely, stylish townhouse with a great sun terrace and hot tub, in a picturesque harbour setting

Miho our host was great, escorting us to the property and even carrying our luggage! The location was quiet, but only 30 metres or so from the beautiful harbour and a good choice of quality restaurants. Both the interior and exterior of this lovely property were well maintained and immaculately clean. The property was renovated about 6 years ago, so the fittings are pretty modern. What really made our holiday though was the gorgeous sun terrace, with its spectacular views across the harbour and the hot tub, which rounded off every evening perfectly. Thanks Miho!

The property was almost perfect, however as we were making our own lunches we would have appreciated one or two kitchen items that were missing: a colander and a couple of ovenproof dishes or roasting tray . Other than that, there really weren’t any negatives!

Lovely stay in Cavtat

Fabulous villa - location steps from the middle of Cavtat. Very spacious and had a fantastic veranda and outside space. The owner Miho was very accommodating, and flexible. Three bathrooms and three bedrooms helped us feel at home as three couples. Beds v comfy and the villa is very clean. Aircon in each room.
