The best family holiday ever!!

Villa Matkovic was perfect for our family group of 7 adults. It was superbly clean and well equipped. Its setting was ideal with stunning terraces, views and so close to the beach, restaurants/bars and shops. Marko and his wife were excellent hosts, with Marko taking us to Kotor for a day and booking us a day on a yacht - would highly recommend both!

Absolutely nothing - loved the villa and loved Cavtat. Lots of steps to the accommodation which might not suit people with limited mobility, but it kept us fit and justified daily delicious scoops of Croatian ice cream.

Cavtat is a great place as was the property

decking area was great for us all to spend time together on watching the sun set. it truly is an amazing view. plenty of room for 4 of us. could have another family with and that still be the case. located about a minutes walk to the harbour front but far enough up to be very quiet. owner was very helpful and accommodating. This made a big difference when turning up in an unfamiliar area.

We had a fantastic holiday - beautiful place & great accommodation

Location was great, and best was the sunny roof terraces overlooking the bay. Kitchens very well equipped and glad for all kitchen equipment. Everything easy to find & use.

It didn't worry us, but access to the property would be difficult for anyone who couldn't manage steps.

Unbeschreiblich schön!

Der Ausblick war phenomenal! Die Zimmer alle top ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. In der Küche gab es genug Geschirr und sogar Kaffee, Gewürze, Töpfe etc. Der Kühlschrank bietet genug Platz zum einfühlen und in jedem Badezimmer gab es einen Haarföhn. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ganz einfach über WhatsApp. Er hat uns auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe gezeigt.
