The room was clean and spacious. The location was great for us, but would not really be suitable for people with limited mobility.
There was no one at reception when we arrived, and my first call went unanswered. The face that we had to go to reception 3 blocks away from our room up a steep hill on cobblestone sidewalks was not communicated to us very well. Only 2 coffee pods were provided for 2 people for 2 nights, and no instructions on how to use the coffee maker.

Overall a good apartment right by the Douro river, set back slightly from the busiest area. We were met on arrival by Helder who was very friendly. The property is comfortable and well equipped.
The bathroom is clean but could do with a refit.
The pigeon poo on the balance area isn’t great, but I don’t know what more they could do about that.

Great location
Woke up covered in bug bites.
Property is damp.
Says parking but really it’s just located in a city so technically there is parking available.
