Location was incredible. Hosts were attentive and responded very quickly to any questions or requests (e.g. I asked for another set of sheets for the sofa bed and they were delivered quickly and without fuss. I know, a small thing but it was made very clear that they were there to sort out any issue asap).
The system for accessing the property is excellent. Very clear and simple. But finding the front door of the property to begin the process isn't very well described. I would suggest a description that not only includes the name of the restaurant next to the front door but a description that includes a reference to the fact that the walkway leading to the front door is raised from the lower dock level etc etc.

This property is extremely well located right in the riverside with lots of restaurants very close by. However, it was really quiet for being so close to everything!
The amenities were good for our short stay.
The beds were not great, in particular the sofa bed was the worst we have ever had with a practically non-existent mattress! It was a very uncomfortable sleep!
