Go2oporto - Ribeira do Porto

This is an absolutely perfect location for visiting Porto! The view from the balcony is stunning, and the apartment is centrally located, making it easy to explore both sides of the river on foot. We parked our car just a few hundred meters away and never touched it again until we left. It was also easy to Uber anywhere we wanted to go. Being right on the river was really cool, with endless choices for restaurants, cafés, and shopping right outside your door. It’s also only about a 15-minute walk across the river to all the wineries. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which gave us an amazing view. Just be aware that there is no elevator, so you’ll need to be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs—but honestly, it’s worth it! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Porto.

The refrigerator could be larger, but not a big issue

Location was great with fabulous view over river. Very close to bars and restaurants but not noisy at night. Good shower over bath.

Aircon was only in lounge. Hole in floor under rug in lounge. 2 seater sofa very small and uncomfortable. Not enough cutlery and equipment in kitchen for 4 people. No teaspoons. Second bedroom very small and a bit claustrophobic.

The air-conditioning was not functioning at all and had obviously not been working for many months by the leaking and the stains on the wall. The go2oporto officials did mention this on arrival and say they were sending a technician but this never eventuated. We survived at night but it was unbearably hot during the day. The bed is only a double and would have been fine but is terribly uncomfortable. Way too soft and poor weight distribution. My husband slept on the floor on the doona instead of the bed. Go2oporto stopped answering my request for the aircon to be fixed after the first day. The furniture was okay but did not match the price we paid for the room.
