Location , airconditioning, view, stone wall gave it character
Two flights of stairs with heavy bags , and cobbled streets to negotiate to nearest main road, Beds: one mattress very hard, the other lumpy from strings popping out, but we managed

Beautiful location with easy access and a gorgeous view of the Douro River
Furniture was a little dated. You had to move the bed in order to open the door to the closet.

Location
Tired. Needs upgrading. Deep clean, paint. Front door when unlocked does not open easily. Door Needs adjusting. Dirty linens in lobby outside of our door just piled up. Towels are thin and worn. Towel warmer did not work. Any movement in above apartment you hear.
