Location was exceptional giving us access to all we wanted from Porto. The actual property was beautiful, with lots of gorgeous windows providing a light and airy space whilst also having wooden shutters to keep it dark when needed. We stayed Wednesday through to Tuesday and cleaners came in on the Saturday to change the bedding and clean which I was very impressed with. Beautifully styled throughout in a lovely understated way.
I liked everything about the property and will definitely recommend to friends.

The location is excellent, and the apartment is easy to access. Having the ability to open the windows and view the street activity was nice. The apartment is near good restaurants, coffee shops, a pharmacy and small grocery store. Access to all of the major city sights was terrific.
The shower in one bathroom is messy - no way to keep water from escaping and wetting the floor. The kitchen area is a touch small for a longer stay, with only one outlet for toaster, coffee machine, etc. We were not left with a towel for drying dishes, which was a bit inconvenient. Although hanging space for clothing was adequate, there were no drawers for storage. These things are small, but make for more enjoyable stay.

Central location and within walking distance of nearly everywhere we wanted to go. The lift was appreciated especially with luggage although there was a set of stairs before you can access the lift. We were able to make it work. Others had mentioned it in reviews, so we knew that when we booked. A number of cool shops and restaurants very close. Living room space was comfortably large.
One of the bathrooms has a door that you can see shapes and images though that was off putting for using since we were with another adult family member ( not just us as a couple). It was nice to have a second bathroom nonetheless.

Badly needs some renovation and attention to detail particularly the bathrooms Repeated water leaks from flat above. Towel rail off wall, shower trays have lots of black mould , water temperature dangerously hot. Centre lounge light not working. great location shame about the lack of maintenance.
