Great location if you want to be in the middle of the Ribeira vibe. Staff were extremely responsive & helpful.
If going to Porto, you couldn't get a better location, but it was a little too touristy for our taste. However, it ticks off all the boxes if u want to do everything in that area.

a) Location was good.
b) Staff was cordial
a) Since this isn't a hotel, it's not just easy to go to the reception and ask for help
b) We had to coordinate with staff for small things. However, they were pretty responsive and cordial
c) A/C in the room didn't work for the full 3 days of our stay. And it was pretty painful and they couldn't fix it.
d) On the first night we were put in a different room then we booked. And then they moved us next day to the right room.
