Usytuowanie apartamentu na plus z ładnym widokiem.
Na minus- brak szafy, malutka i niewygodna łazienka, pod prysznicem zepsuty waz prysznicowy, z którego ciekła woda na łazienkę, malutki zlew z nieadekwatnie duża bateria, gdzie przy myciu choćby rąk wylewała sie woda.
