Our department on the top floor was spacious and the air conditioning saved us in the middle of a heat wave. The apartment is located in the center of town just a short walk from free parking our hostess. Marie was very helpful and gave us good advice on where to go swimming to get out of the heat.

The rooms were beautiful and in a nice location. Marie was super helpful with recommendations and was really accomodating with our stay, she also made us a lovely tray with coffee and orange juice and biscuits to take up to our room and eat on the balcony

On arrival, the owner, Marie met us and walked us to our room. She was very kind and informative of all the different hikes/adventures available in the area. She even wrote us out a map and helped us ensure we found our hike. She also made an incredible breakfast for us - and customized it vegan. It was the best breakfast we’ve had on our Europe trip so far. The location is so close to a large free parking lot, and right downtown. We would definitely stay here again! Marie was SO wonderful and kind!

Location in the middle of Kobarid
Room looked a bit dated. Particular room had no blinders. Got bright in the room early.
