Wonderful!

Convenient location not too far off the Alpe Adria trail. Host provided complimentary cold beverages & snacks - much appreciated by two weary hikers! Very generous 3-room apartment would have easily accommodated a larger group for a longer stay. We had access to the outdoor terrace on a lovely late afternoon, enjoyed the comfy chairs and private garden area. Kind & generous host also offers taxi service. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Great stay

We stayed in a double room with terrace. The room is small, but newly furnished and offers everything you need. More suitable for a short stay as you don't have a real kitchen. In the cupboard there is a fridge, microwave and a coffee machine with a large number of capsules. We also used the washing machine and dryer which is located on the other side of the house. What surprised us was a shoe dryer as it was a rainy day and we could dry them there. We arrived without a car and Anja kindly took us to the train station as we missed the bus. She also recommended a great dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Nice location, freindly host

Cozy room with nice bathroom and shower, coffee maker and all necessities for a short stay. Good location in a quiet area, about a 10min walk to the town center. Easy communication with very accommodating host.

Small, great location, EXCELLENT value

There were some snacks and coffee in the room which were a nice touch! The location is fantastic, a short walk to a great restaurant and a manageable bike ride to hiking and the water! Laundry was available which was amazing!

Great base to explore the area

Everything was super clean, new, and well maintained. Amenities were a super nice touch, and Anja is extremely nice as a host. Isonzo valley really deserves multiple visits to go though it all, and we will use this as a base also for future visits!

Very Nice host family, clean and spacious apartment, close to restaurants. Quite place for relaxing after a Soca Walley hike. The apartment terrace was big with nice view on the mountains.

The apartment was super clean and very spacious. It had everything what we expected. Very close to the restaurants . A nice garden with the view to the mountains. The host was very friendly. We felt very cosy in the apartment.

Nice place with wonderful terrace

We had a lovely stay. The check in went very well, the rooms were nice and terrace and garden fantastic. Anja ist very friendly and it was great staying with a dog. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Nice and friendly place in a good location

The place was at a very good location, parking right next to the house, the owners were extremely friendly, and it was what we paid for. If there would been more guest, it might have gotten a bit crowded, as there is one bathroom and kitchen corner for the floor (as far as I saw, there were 2 more rooms on the same floor) but we were lucky, we were alone.

Nice welcome and some snacks in the fridge. Playground and toys for the kids. Nice outside seating area.

The “room” is still being renovated, kitchen with direct access to terrace is closed, but will really add value in the future.

Stupendo miniappartamento nelle quiete di Tolmino

Ottimo mini appartamento per 2 persone con letto a castello. Pulito , kit di benvenuto per la colazione, omaggio in frigo di bottigliette da the' e 2 lattine di birra. Stendino e mollette sul balcone (quando i dettagli fanno la differenza). Parcheggio privato , gratuito, in loco. Zona tranquilla. Una piacevole scoperta e grazie di tutto Anja

Fantástica estancia!!

Me equivoqué al hacer la reserva y Anja que fue muy atenta y amable nos lo solucionó en 5 min. Ibamos con un bebé y nos facilitó y proporcionó todas las comodidades. Estamos muy agradecidos!!

2 gesloten deuren

Het was heel erg opgeruimd en de badkamer zag er gloed nieuw uit.

Het huisje voelt heel kil aan. Je hebt geen bank om op te zitten en de eettafelstoelen zitten echt helemaal niet lekker. Als je koffie of thee wilt moet je je water uit de kraan halen van de badkamer. In de hal zitten 2 deuren die op slot zitten en waar je geen sleutel van hebt. 1 van de 2 deuren is een glazen deur en dat is dus wel een beetje een gek idee want aan de andere kant van die deur zit een ander appartementje waar dus andere mensen slapen. Wij sliepen hier 2 dagen en hebben ons niet echt fijn gevoeld. Wij zouden dit dan ook niet aanraden.

Een goed verblijf.

Juli 2025: het appartement heeft airco! Hor, om het ongedierte buiten te houden, aanwezig. Beddengoed is aanwezig. Appartement is op de begane grond, je hoeft dus niet met de koffers de trappen op. Badkamer: voldoende (opberg)ruimte. Grote inloopdouche met fijne handdouche. Handdoeken aanwezig. Afwasmiddel, schuursponsje en theedoek staan in de badkamer. Kast: met serviesgoed, 2 chocoladecroissantjes, kuipjes jam en chocoladepasta, magnetron, Dolce Gusto apparaat met toebehoren, kleine koelkast gevuld met 2 bier, 1 flesje Ice tea en mineraalwater. Waterkoker op de tafel. Geen keuken maar het is wel mogelijk om zelf een ontbijtje/lunch klaar te maken. Overdekt terras en tuin: voorzien van meubilair en droogrek. Als je de double room met terras hebt geboekt hoop dan op mooi weer zodat je buiten kunt zitten. Binnen (de kamer) geeft een benauwend (opgesloten) gevoel. Wasruimte: een aparte grote wasruimte voor de gasten met wasmachine, wasdroger, strijkbenodigdheden, wasmiddel, tafel om wasgoed te vouwen etc. Helemaal compleet. Top! Parkeren: eigen parkeerplaats. Opladen elektrische auto is gratis bij het appartement! Host: Anja is vriendelijk en is attent. Wij zouden deze accommodatie (kamer) niet nog een keer boeken. Maar dat heeft meer te maken met het feit dat wij zelf niet goed gekeken hebben tijdens het boekingsproces. Daarom toch beoordeeld als erg goed (8).

Juli 2025: Appartement: wij hadden het kleinste kamer, double room met terras, geboekt, dat ons een benauwend en opgesloten gevoel gaf. * Geen opbergruimte voor je kleren. * Geen relax stoelen/fauteuils. * Bed: tweepersoonsbed, met 2 dekbedden, staat tussen 3 muren en kun je via één zijkant in. * Geen televisie. * Geen keuken. * Afwassen in de wasbak van de badkamer. Wij zouden deze accommodatie (kamer) niet nog een keer boeken. Maar dat heeft meer te maken met het feit dat wij zelf niet goed gekeken hebben tijdens het boekingsproces. Daarom toch beoordeeld als erg goed (8).

Die Wohnung ist super, sehr gut ausgestattet, ganz neu und gut gelegen. Es waren auch Lebensmittel zum Frühstück da.
