You can hear everything from the other room and the room is small and the ceiling is very low.

Great stay

This is a great option when in the Soca Valley. The owner is so nice. We rented it last minute and the only room available was the small room. It’s small, but manageable for two people. I loved that there was a small kitchen closet for making breakfast each morning. It’s close to the center of town and to the Tolmin Gorge.

The towels for the shower that are provided are hand towels, not bath towels, so they are small.

Nice reception by the owning family. Very near the village centre. Small but practical kitchen. Outside terrace in the shade (shared but enough space). 2 km from Tolmin Gorges.

Amazing stay in beautiful Tolmin

We had a great stay here in Tolmin. The room was perfect for two people, with a private kitchen, toilet and shower. There is also an AC. The location was ideal for visits to the town centre, as well as right next to walks in the beautiful nature Tolmin offers. Vladimir was friendly, kind and offered us great tips for the area. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return again soon.

Clean and very good value for money.

Very helpful and friendly host. Packed a lot of amenities into a smallish room, eg a fridge and air conditioning, which was really vital as an escape from the heat and also given that the blinds had to be closed as guests filed by the ground floor window Comfortable reclining deckchairs just outside the room. Could pop in and out.

A friendly, cozy stay - highly recommended

Vladimir was super friendly and even offered me a welcome drink of local liquor when I arrived. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything I needed and more! A hot water kettle for morning tea/coffee, mini fridge, and plates with cutlery were an added bonus. The location come with parking and is right off of a walking path that will take you to the Tolmin gorge - no extra parking fees!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréables avec notre hôte, Vladimir toujours à l'écoute et près à rendre service. Logement calme avec chambre rénové récemment et une petite terrasse très apprécié pour le petit déjeuner. Ce logement est également très bien situé, à 5 min à pied du centre ville de Tolmin et idéal pour visiter les lieux incontournables de cette région.

Absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre, super netter und herzlicher Empfang und netter Kontakt während des Aufenthalts, pfiffig gelöst, auf kleinem Raum alles unter zu bringen. Klein aber fein. Super schöne Terrasse, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann.
