Location The family owned business and restaurant Rosy was very helpful and went out of her way to answer all my questions Lots of space Loved the cafe Nene which was very close Close walk to Bellagio and easy to get a ferry from

This apartment is beautiful. The picture doesn’t show how exquisite it is; comfortable , cool yet cosy and had everything we wanted : tv, kitchen, 2 balconies, books by bed , toiletries. We arrived late evening to coffee, tea , water and biscuits, left by the amazing host Rosy. Breakfast can be had at the little cafe 25 yards away. The location is superb for hiring a boat( great fun) , swimming at the secret beach (5 min walk) or getting on the ferry to Bellagio which is only a 7 min cruise or 15 min walk .However the ‘piece de resistance ‘is the fantastic family run restaurant ‘Mella’ on the doorstep ; A sublime experience with food to match ,so good we ate there 3 times and watched as they turned people away it was so busy. I wanted to shout ‘book for tomorrow.’ This was a holiday to remember.👏🤩

Wonderful host. Great location Only thing to note is that the location is not very easily accessible by boat from Como since all ferries do not stop at San Giovanni water stop. It is better to take the bus from Como and get down at San Giovanni bus stop which is a much cheaper option

We loved the location, very quite, almost no people
All well cared for, full kitchen with everything you need. Maybe adding some basics like salt/pepper would be nice, the rest is perfect!
