Fantastic Location

Marcelo was a fantastic host. Offered to pick us up from the station as Uber and taxis can be difficult from the station. Apartment is a short walk from Villas and restaurants along the lake. Marcelo gave us some great recommendations for dinner and brunch. Will definitely stay again

Location is close to the lake. Parking available in the street for free or paid in the courtyard. Friendly and helpful owner.

The apartment felt cold in an October rainy day. It seems to be an older apartment with windows insulation not up to current standards. The kitchen appliances and furniture were also not modern.

Perfect location and ultra clean appartement

Located just in front of Villa dOlmo and the great path along the lake to the center. Perfect for our family of 5 people for a too short stay in Como. The apparent is in a mint state with a long list of equipments for your comfort. Our host was very kind and was waiting for our arrival. To be recommended

The building is out dated but as we are inside we don’t sert it!

Gerne wieder.

Frühstück vom Vermieter selbst gemacht, pünktlich serviert und sehr gut. Lage ist perfekt, um Como zu erkunden (ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Zentrum). Schöner nächtlicher Blick auf Brunate. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber problemlos und er stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
