Great location, quiet, very close to the lake and within 25 minutes to the historic center of Como. The appartment is nice, pretty cozy and it was fairly clean and well organized. It has anything you'd need for a longer stay (washing machine, kitchen). The host was very friendly and hospitable and helped us with reccommendations and advice for around. Parking is available at location, 15e/day.
The extending sofa in one of the rooms should be replaced, as it's noisy at every move and not so comfortable. It was cold in the appartment and without an inverter, we could not warm it up.

Notre hôte Marcello était présent pour nous accueillir et nous proposer des activités, et même réserver un resto face au lac. L'appartement est très bien équipé et situé à proximité immédiate du lac.
Seule la décoration datée et particulière nous a surpris.
