The air conditioner in one room was struggling but it wasn’t a particularly hot time in Bali.

Comfortable Resort if away from the road noise

Older style Balinese villas with all the mod cons. Large comfortable rooms and a nice cool swimming pool. The staff are very lovely and accommodating, especially the owner, Mr Brad. The breakfast and menu had great options to choose from and it was relaxing listening to the surf from the restaurant and main pool area. The gardens are well kept and they have a great massager, Gede, on site.

The noise from the main road is an issue if you stay in Residence 1. Also the air conditioners in the bedrooms had a terrible leak and could not be used. We were kindly moved to Residence 4 but on day 2 but realised that we were sleeping with a big rat that frequented the kitchen. Maintenance came and set out a rat trap mat. Unfortunately, we did not want to move, so put up with the rat for the final night stay with the bedroom doors closed. You cannot swim at the beach as there is really no beach to speak of and a dirty creek runs next to the resort.

Great base for the west coast.

The rooms were big and well equipped for self catering if you wanted it. Air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the main lounge. The pool and restaurant was good and the staff were lovely and very helpful.

The beach was unpleasant, rocky and covered in rubbish and there was quite a bit of road noise all night for the residences.

The Bayshore is the perfect spot to unwind and start a holiday

I love how relaxing and comfortable it is to stay at the Bayshore. Food is good and the pools are great. Candidasa is quiet and very different from the usual tourist hot spots.

The smell in the rooms. Faintly like sewage that became stronger when the shower was used. Mostly noticeable when entering the room but not enough to deter us from returning.

Great quality relaxing resort for those who want a quiet place to stay.

we stayed in a villa with pool, the pool was a great temperature and always clean. The beds were comfortable a/c was very effective. As a nice touch there is a turn down service every night which includes spraying the bedrooms for mozzies not that they were an issue not one bite. comfy furniture lots of tv stations if you want them. The restaurant was great with a different special every morning for breakfast along with the usual. The gardens are beautiful and the staff are typically balinese friendly and gracious special mention to the gardeners who work so hard and always have a smile and a hello.

Nothing to dislike and if there was i am sure they would have fixed it.

nice location, worth money

breakfast was good, friendly staff. The location was perfect, walk distance to Candidasa main area and many restaurant nearby. we stay in the 2br villa and it was quiet and lovely space.

the cheap quality of bed, it was so hard and we can feel the per of the bed. no proper blanket, and mold in the pool. you clearly see green mold in the pool and we found big stone crab inside the pool.

Exceptional

The size and cleanliness of our rooms, the special treatment from the staff and their attention to detail. The owner has trained his staff well, they are happy, thoughtful and competent. The breakfast, by far the best we have had in any other resort/villa. Dinner was exceptional too!!

Oasis in the jungle

Absolutely couldn't speak more highly of Bayshore Residence. We had a fantastic 5 nights in Candidasa. Resort was beautiful. Loved the ambience in the evening. The owner Brad was more than helpful, and so lovely. Restaurant food and service is 10 out of 10, we will be back.

A wonderful relaxing vibe.

Great resort. Staff were exceptional. Robby in the restaurant was wonderful and the owner gave great recommendations for day trips and good places to eat. Easy walk into the middle of Candidasa. Villa was huge, beds comfy, good lounge and loved our own pool. Breakfast was very good, I enjoyed the range and the daily specials were delicious. Main pool and seating area was gorgeous and filled with frangipani trees. Do yourself a favor and visit their B Spa, Made does a great massage. Can’t wait to visit again.

Absolutely fabulous

So clean, great decor and happy staff. Would totally recommend. Owner Brad is very approachable - worth chatting with him about places to go. Food is fantastic but also a couple of great cafes nearby that sell delicious and inexpensive local food. Lots of areas/pools to swim - we had a villa with private pool which was nice touch.

Un très grand appartement confortable et luxueux pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille.

Le surclassement dans un très grand appartement, l'espace, les douches gigantesques, la piscine privée, le calme, les restaurants du quartier et le petit dejeuner servi à table.

Les détritus et les restes de matériaux de construction sur la plage, l'impossibilité de prendre des bains de mer, les huisseries en bois de l'appartement qui ne se ferment pas bien.

Mooie ruime kamers, personeel zeer behulpzaam. Onze dochter werd ziek en geregeld dat de dokter naar de hotelkamer kwam, top!

Badkamer stonk doordat douchewater bleef staan, wc pot lek. Stopcontacten hangen uit de muur. Ligt aan een strand maar daar kun je echt niet zwemmen (ruig, vies en er wordt gevist) voor een mooi strand moet je 20 min met de auto rijden.

Agréable mais avec de vrais travaux ce serait top !

Le complexe est agréable, le personnel est adorable et le restaurant très bon

Tout est vieillissant et mérite de vrais travaux plutôt que du rafistolage ! Le robinet de la cuisine est prêt à tomber et ne distribue plus d’eau chaude. Odeurs très désagréable dans la salle de bain des enfants. Beaucoup de bruit dû aux fenêtres en bois simple vitrage avec des trous dans l’encadrement dans la suite parentale (nous avons même eu une souris dans notre chambre) Chasse d’eau cassée et filet d’eau dans les douches.

Fantastisch in alle opzichten!

Zeer ruim appartement, brandschoon, prachtig, goed onderhouden terrein, twee zwembaden, gezellig restaurant met heerlijke gerechten, uitstekend getraind en zeer vriendelijk personeel.
