The food and spar were amazing. The staff were wonderful and really happy to help.
Spa with out of order areas, the beds were like rocks and springs digging in. The pillows were just as bad!
Unable to move the shower head as it flooded in tonthe room.

The lady who was hoovering should be made manager as she was friendly cheerful and asked how our stay was
She knew exactly how to treat the public
The staff were rude 4 members of staff watched us struggle up the stairs no offer of help
Lady at breakfast was positively rude as we were slightly early shut door in our face twice on the way down to breakfast
The reception staff were not welcoming on arrival or departure
