Perfect
Staff were very kind and supportive because we were late. They booked a table and the food was delicious. Waiting Staff were lovely too. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable and clean with a nice shower.

It was ok would not recommend
The lady who was hoovering should be made manager as she was friendly cheerful and asked how our stay was She knew exactly how to treat the public
The staff were rude 4 members of staff watched us struggle up the stairs no offer of help Lady at breakfast was positively rude as we were slightly early shut door in our face twice on the way down to breakfast The reception staff were not welcoming on arrival or departure

Poor sleep!
The accommodation was clean, welcoming and spacious. I did have dinner in the restaurant and found the Sea Bass nicely cooked. Personally I would have preferred it served with a green vegetables because sea bass, crushed new poratoes and fennel was quite a colourless meal on the plate.
I slept very poorly due to the pillows being too hard (all 4 were the same type) and the duvet was a synthetic material so not at all comfy. After several hours sleep initially, I awoke with neckache at 2am and no matter how I re-arranged the pillows, I could not get back to sleep.

Would not recommend, cheap dated furniture in rooms and hall ways.. not the room decor sold in the pictures at all.
Staff friendly and the location is stunning.
The rooms are massively out dated, the furniture is cheap and tatty looking. Mattress was rock hard a duvet was very thin, it was -2 outside. Definitely not what I was expecting for the price range, felt like it was old military accommodation. I had to be asked to move rooms as on top of all that my door was constantly banging as it didn’t fit right. Me and my gf ended up leaving and driving back home.
