Good location - close to North Landing, Bempton and Flamborough

The location is excellent as it is walking distance to north landing and in easy reach of flamboroughs other attractions. The photos on booking.com don't do it justice- dove cottage looks much nicer in person as it looks to have new furniture. It was lovely spending the evening overlooking the farm fields where we saw an owl and seers running past. It was a pleasant surprise!
The 9am check out is earlier than most other accommodations we have stayed at

The cottage is spacious, clean and really warm. It is well equipped and there is plenty of easy parking. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty to do in the local area.
There was a bad storm one night and the velux window in the kitchen leaked to such an extent that buckets were needed to catch the water. The top basket in the dishwasher could not be pulled out and I couldn’t find any spare bin bags for the pedal bin in the kitchen. Despite these niggly issues we would certainly return because overall, we had a nice break in Dove Cottage.
